~* Περαίωση για ακίνητα μέχρι τον Απρίλιο
Αφορά όσους οικισμούς εντάχθηκαν στο αντικειμενικό σύστημα εκτός Καλαμάτας
Περιθώριο μέχρι τέλος Απριλίου έχουν χιλιάδες ιδιοκτήτες να περαιώσουν τις εκκρεμείς υποθέσεις ακινήτων στις περιοχές της Μεσσηνίας που εντάχθηκαν στο αντικειμενικό σύστημα την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2011.
Η ευνοϊκή ρύθμιση αφορά εκκρεμείς υποθέσεις φόρου μεταβίβασης ακινήτων με επαχθή αιτία, κληρονομιών, δωρεών, γονικών παροχών, προικών, φόρου αυτομάτου υπερτιμήματος και τέλους συναλλαγής ακινήτων αποκλειστικά και μόνο για όσα βρίσκονται στις νέες περιοχές που εντάχθηκαν στο αντικειμενικό σύστημα από την αρχή του έτους.
Με εγκύκλιο του υφυπουργού Οικονομικών Δημήτρη Κουσελά παρέχεται προθεσμία 4 μηνών στους ιδιοκτήτες των εκκρεμών υποθέσεων ακινήτων για να αποδεχθούν ως φορολογητέα αξία την αντικειμενική αξία της πρώτης εφαρμογής του συστήματος στην περιοχή κι εφόσον η φορολογική υποχρέωση γεννήθηκε πριν από την 1η Ιανουαρίου 2011. -(Θάρρος).-

Οι κάτοικοι μπλοκάρουν την εγκατάστασή του
Πολλά… «μποφόρ» επικράτησαν στην προχθεσινή συνεδρίαση του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου Καλαμάτας, κατά τη διάρκεια συζήτησης της πρότασης της Δημοτικής Αρχής για προσωρινή εγκατάσταση (διάρκειας 3 μηνών) του μηχανήματος της εταιρείας «Ram Europe» στη δασική έκταση των 31 στρεμμάτων στην περιοχή της Μαραθόλακκας.Ένταση υπήρξε από την πλευρά των κατοίκων της Συντονιστικής Επιτροπής Αγώνα του Ταϋγέτου, οι οποίοι έχουν δείξει με τον πιο σαφή τρόπο, εδώ και καιρό, την εναντίωσή τους στον παραπάνω σχεδιασμό.-

Με ενός λεπτού σιγή και θερμές δηλώσεις για το ήθος του ανθρώπου και την προσφορά του στον τόπο, το Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο Καλαμάτας τίμησε, κατά τη διάρκεια της προχθεσινής συνεδρίασης, τη μνήμη του καπετάν Βασίλη Κωνσταντακόπουλου, ο οποίος άφησε την τελευταία του πνοή τα ξημερώματα της περασμένης Τρίτης.-

Θέμα γερμανικών αποζημιώσεων στο Δήμο Καλαμάτας
Με αφορμή την απόφαση του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου Καλαμάτας, κατά τη διάρκεια της προχθεσινής του συνεδρίασης, για την τέλεση μνημόσυνου προς τιμήν των εκτελεσθέντων Ελλήνων από τα γερμανικά στρατεύματα κατοχής στις 8 Φεβρουαρίου 1944 στο παλαιό Στρατόπεδο του 9ου Συντάγματος Πεζικού και τον ενταφιασμό τους στην περιοχή των δημοτικών σφαγείων, ο επικεφαλής της μείζονος μειοψηφίας Θ. Μπρεδήμας σημείωσε μεταξύ άλλων:«Ο συνδυασμός μας προτίθεται να επανέλθει πολύ σύντομα για το συγκεκριμένο θέμα, διότι, εκτός των 4.500 αιτήσεων οι οποίες έχουν υποβληθεί κατά το παρελθόν, ο Δήμος Καλαμάτας θα πρέπει να διεκδικήσει ένα σημαντικό ποσό από τις γερμανικές αποζημιώσεις, διότι οι υποδομές της πόλης υπέστησαν σημαντικές ζημιές κατά την περίοδο της γερμανικής κατοχής».Α.Π. -

Θέλει αλλαγή της πρότασης για ΓΠΣ
Με θέμα τα προβλήματα που έχουν δημιουργηθεί στην περιοχή της Μικρής Μαντίνειας από τη μελέτη του Γενικού Πολεοδομικού Σχεδίου του Δήμου Καλαμάτας, συνεδρίασε τις προηγούμενες ημέρες το Συμβούλιο της Τοπικής Κοινότητας. -

Τέλος από σήμερα τα τρένα
Στην αναστολή δεκάδων καθημερινών δρομολογίων προχωρά η ΤΡΑΙΝΟΣΕ, στο πλαίσιο υλοποίησης των διατάξεων του νομοσχεδίου για την εξυγίανση και ανάπτυξη του ελληνικού σιδηροδρόμου, το οποίο, μεταξύ άλλων, προβλέπει και κατάργηση ζημιογόνων δρομολογίων.
Έτσι, όπως ανακοινώθηκε από την ΤΡΑΙΝΟΣΕ, από σήμερα Κυριακή, 30 Ιανουαρίου, και μέχρι νεωτέρας αναστέλλονται:
-Όλα τα επιβατικά δρομολόγια της μετρικής γραμμής του δικτύου της Πελοποννήσου, πλην των τοπικών δρομολογίων Πάτρας – Ρίου – Αγ. Ανδρέα, Κατάκολου – Πύργου – Ολυμπίας, Διακοφτού – Καλαβρύτων και των Λεωφορείων Κιάτου – Πάτρας.-

Νεκρή η 82χρονη που είχε εξαφανιστεί
Τραγικό αποτέλεσμα είχαν οι έρευνες για τον εντοπισμό της 82χρονης Χαρίκλειας Καλαμπόκη, η οποία είχε εξαφανιστεί, από την Τετάρτη, στους Άνω Μπλεμενιάνους Κυπαρισσίας. Χθες το πρωί, στις 10.25, η άτυχη γριούλα εντοπίστηκε νεκρή, σε ρέμα δεκάδες μέτρα μακριά από το σπίτι της. Κλιμάκιο που ερευνούσε στην περιοχή είδε σε χωράφι 100 περίπου μέτρα από το σπίτι της άτυχης 82χρονης, αριστερά του δρόμου του οικισμού των Άνω Μπλεμενιάνων με κατεύθυνση προς την επαρχιακή οδό, ένα παπούτσι και μία ρόμπα.-

Βασιλικός για Γκίνες ύψους 2,02 μ.
Ο βασιλικός είναι το πιο αγαπημένο από όλα τα μυρωδικά και στολίζει αυλές και μπαλκόνια σε κάθε γωνιά της Ελλάδας. Πιο σπάνιος είναι ο χειμερινός βασιλικός. Ένας τέτοιος βασιλικός, χειμερινός, «μεγαλώνει» στα Φιλιατρά και, μάλιστα, δίκαια μπορεί να διεκδικήσει μια θέση στο βιβλίο των ρεκόρ Γκίνες, αφού το ύψος του ξεπερνά τα 2 μέτρα. Για την ακρίβεια, είναι 2 μέτρα και 2 εκατοστά (2,02 μ.)! Με το που τον αντικρίσαμε, στο πίσω μέρος του αρτοποιείου του Γιάννη Τασσόπουλου στα Φιλιατρά, απέναντι από τα κεντρικά γραφεία της ΔΕΗ, μετά την αρχική έκπληξη και το θαυμασμό, τον φωτογραφήσαμε.-
~*Στο Διαβολίτσι ο ενταφιασμός του καπετάν Βασίλη Κωνσταντακόπουλου
Στο Διαβολίτσι Μεσσηνίας, το χωριό όπου γεννήθηκε και μεγάλωσε, θα γίνει σε λίγο ο ενταφιασμός του Βασίλη Κωνσταντακόπουλου. Αυτή ήταν επιθυμία του εκλιπόντα,γεγονός που αποδεικνύει ακόμη και την ύστατη στιγμή, την μεγάλη αγάπη που έτρεφε ο καπετάν Βασίλης για την ιδιαίτερη πατρίδα του και για την Μεσσηνία γενικότερα. Στο μεταξύ πλήθος κόσμου σπεύδη στην περιοχή για το στερνό αντίο και αναμένεται το αδιαχώρητο. Ας είναι ελαφρύ το χώμα που θα τον σκεπάσει.-

Μάθημα για το ελαιόλαδο σε σχολείο της
Μάθημα για το ελαιόλαδο σε σχολείο της Βιέννης; Κι όμως, ναι! Η Καλαματιανή καθηγήτρια ξένων γλωσσών Σταυρούλα Μπάκα βρίσκεται αυτή την εποχή μέσω ενός εκπαιδευτικού προγράμματος στην Αυστρία, όπου, μεταξύ άλλων, διδάσκει τους Βιεννέζους μαθητές της πώς παράγεται το ελαιόλαδο, αλλά και μαγειρεύει μαζί τους ελληνικές συνταγές, όπως ο μουσακάς!
Το εντυπωσιακό είναι ότι οι Βιεννέζοι γνωρίζουν αρκετά πράγματα για το ελαιόλαδο, το οποίο χρησιμοποιούν στο φαγητό τους. «Τα περισσότερα παιδιά στο σχολείο, στο μάθημα που κάναμε για το πώς ο καρπός της ελιάς γίνεται λάδι, ήξεραν ήδη μέρος της διαδικασίας. Άλλωστε, το ελαιόλαδο, και δη το βιολογικό από την περιοχή της Μάνης, αποτελεί στοιχείο της καθημερινής διατροφής τους, κυρίως ωμό στη σαλάτα» μας λέει η Σταυρούλα Μπάκα και προσθέτει: «Το να είσαι από την Καλαμάτα, στο συγκεκριμένο σχολείο σε κάνει πραγματικά χαρούμενο, αφού όλοι έχουν κάτι να πουν είτε για το λάδι είτε για τις ελιές, τις οποίες λατρεύουν».Στο μάθημα για το ελαιόλαδο πριν από λίγες μέρες, τα ίδια τα παιδιά ζήτησαν από την εκπαιδευτικό να τους μάθει να φτιάχνουν μουσακά, «ένα φαγητό που έχουν ακούσει από τους γονείς τους, οι οποίοι στην πλειοψηφία τους έχουν κάνει τουλάχιστον μια φορά διακοπές στην Ελλάδα». Κι εκείνη δεν τους χάλασε το χατίρι. Μπήκαν στην κουζίνα του σχολείου και μεγαλούργησαν! Εξάλλου, δεν ήταν η πρώτη φορά που μαγείρευαν. Πρόσφατα, με αφορμή τις γιορτές των Χριστουγέννων, έφτιαξαν βασιλόπιτα για να γιορτάσουν την καινούργια χρονιά του 2011. Το σχολείο, στο οποίο διδάσκει αυτή την εποχή η Σταυρούλα, έχει την εξής φιλοσοφία: όλα είναι εξίσου σημαντικά, ακόμη και το να μαθαίνεις ελληνικά ή το να φτιάχνεις μουσακά!
~* "Αλλαγή"
"Σκιώδης" κυβέρνηση και κοπή πίτας
Την πίτα της «Αλλαγής για το Δήμο Καλαμάτας» έκοψε αργά χθες το απόγευμα ο επικεφαλής της Θόδ. Μπρεδήμας, ανακοινώνοντας ταυτόχρονα τη συγκρότηση επιτροπών στο πλαίσιο ουσιαστικής λειτουργίας του συνδυασμού, προκειμένου να ανταποκριθεί στο θεσμικό ρόλο που του ανέθεσαν οι δημότες του καλλικράτειου Δήμου Καλαμάτας. -
~* Είχε προηγηθεί δριμεία επίθεση στη Δημοτική Αρχή, στην οποία καταλόγισε ευθύνες για την αρνητική και στείρα διάθεσή της, όπως στο ζήτημα της διαχείρισης των απορριμμάτων. Ο κ. Μπρεδήμας επισήμανε την απαξίωση των Δημοτικών και Κοινοτικών Συμβουλίων που δεν είναι της αρεσκείας της Δημοτικής Αρχής, «τα οποία μέχρι σήμερα δεν έχουν συνεδριάσει και δεν έχουν επιληφθεί των μεγάλων θεμάτων που απασχολούν τις περιοχές τους και τούτο, διότι η σημερινή Αρχή έχει ως εκφραστή ένα δήμαρχο “λάτρη” του συγκεντρωτισμού και της αρχής του ενός ανδρός», ενώ αναφέρθηκε και στο πλαίσιο των ενεργειών που έχουν μέχρι στιγμής γίνει.
Οι θεματικές επιτροπές
Ακολούθως, ανακοίνωσε τη συγκρότηση των θεματικών επιτροπών, «οι οποίες συντονίζονται από δημοτικούς συμβούλους του συνδυασμού και συμμετέχουν όλοι οι υποψήφιοι. Οι επιτροπές είναι ανοιχτές. Καλούμε όσους πολίτες επιθυμούν να ενταχθούν, ώστε με τις σκέψεις, τις ιδέες και τις προτάσεις τους να συνδιαμορφώσουμε τις παρεμβάσεις προς όφελος όλων των κατοίκων».
Στόχος, όπως είπε, είναι να: προγραμματίζουν συναντήσεις με συλλόγους, φορείς, επιστημονικές οργανώσεις, εθελοντικές ομάδες για ανταλλαγή απόψεων, διοργανώνουν ημερίδες-εκδηλώσεις με τη συμμετοχή ειδικών επιστημόνων για τη μελέτη ζητημάτων της αρμοδιότητάς των, αναδεικνύουν τοπικά προβλήματα, διαμορφώνουν συνθήκες και κλίμα συμμετοχής και προσφοράς των δημοτών.
Βρίσκονται σε αντιστοιχία με τις αντιδημαρχίες, τα νομικά πρόσωπα και τους φορείς του Δήμου, ώστε να γίνεται αποτελεσματικός έλεγχος των πεπραγμένων της Δημοτικής Αρχής.

Δημοτικές - Τοπικές Κοινότητες Καλαμάτας
Συντονίστρια: Ελένη Φίλιου – Κορρέ, τοπική σύμβουλος Καλαμάτας. Συμμετέχουν όλοι οι υποψήφιοι του συνδυασμού των Δημοτικών-Τοπικών Κοινοτήτων Καλαμάτας, Βέργας, Λεΐκων, Ασπροχώματος, Μ. Μαντίνειας, Σπερχογείας, Αντικαλάμου.
Όπως επισημάνθηκε, οι συντονιστές των Δημοτικών Ενοτήτων και Κοινοτήτων εκπροσωπούν το συνδυασμό στις διάφορες εκδηλώσεις. Συγκαλούν κάθε δύο μήνες τις επιτροπές, μεταφέρουν αιτήματα των δημοτών στην παράταξη, επεξεργάζονται και προτείνουν λύσεις στο συνδυασμό σε ζητήματα που αφορούν στις περιοχές.

Υπεύθυνος για τον έλεγχο της αντιδημαρχίας Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών και τον οικονομικό έλεγχο των Δημ. Ενοτήτων ορίστηκε ο δημοτικός σύμβουλος Δημ. Φαββατάς.
Υπεύθυνος για τον έλεγχο της αντιδημαρχίας Διοίκησης και Διοικητικής Αναδιοργάνωσης, καθώς και θεμάτων λειτουργίας του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου, ορίστηκε ο αντιπρόεδρος του Δημοτικού Συμβουλίου Κ. Ανδρεάκος.
Υπεύθυνος Επικοινωνίας – ΜΜΕ του συνδυασμού ορίστηκε ο δημοτικός σύμβουλος Ιωάν. Χριστόπουλος.
Συνεδριάσεις ανά δίμηνο
Σύμφωνα με τα όσα ανακοινώθηκαν, η γραμματεία του συνδυασμού που αποτελείται από τους εκλεγμένους δημοτικούς και τοπικούς συμβούλους θα συνεδριάζει κάθε δύο μήνες. Κάθε τέσσερις μήνες θα συνέρχεται σε συνεδρίαση η ολομέλεια του συνδυασμού, που αποτελείται από τους υποψήφιους δημοτικούς και τοπικούς συμβούλους.
Χαιρετισμοί
Χαιρετισμό απηύθυναν ο υφυπουργός Οικονομικών Δημ. Κουσελάς και ο αντιπεριφερειάρχης Μεσσηνίας Χρ. Μαλαπάνης.
Ο κ. Κουσελάς μίλησε για το νέο έτος που έχει καλύτερες προοπτικές σε σχέση με το προηγούμενο, οπότε η χώρα γλίτωσε χάρη στις θυσίες, την υπομονή και τη στήριξη των πολιτών, τη χρεοκοπία. Για το 2011, ανέφερε ότι ξεκίνησε με καλύτερη αφετηρία και το 2012 η χώρα θα μπει σε τροχιά ανάπτυξης. Μίλησε για τις προκλήσεις της Αυτοδιοίκησης με την υλοποίηση του «Καλλικράτη», χαρακτήρισε ιδιαιτέρως σημαντικό το ρόλο της αντιπολίτευσης για την ανάδειξη και προβολή των προβλημάτων και δήλωσε ότι θα αποχωρήσει από την εκδήλωση χαρούμενος και αισιόδοξος, επειδή η παράταξη βάζει τις βάσεις για να αντιμετωπιστούν τα προβλήματα του Δήμου Καλαμάτας.
Ο αντιπεριφερειάρχης Μεσσηνίας δήλωσε ιδιαίτερα αισιόδοξος από την παρουσία των μελών του συνδυασμού, εκλεγμένων και μη, αλλά και από τη συγκρότηση των επιτροπών, που, «αν δουλέψουν σωστά, μπορούν να παράγουν αντιπολιτευτικό λόγο σε θέματα της καθημερινότητας». Χαρακτήρισε ως κορυφαίο θέμα την εξυπηρέτηση του πολίτη, ζήτησε οι επιτροπές που ανακοινώθηκαν να βρίσκονται σε επαφή με εκείνες της Περιφέρειας Πελοποννήσου, ενώ συνεχάρη τον κ. Μπρεδήμα για την εμπνευσμένη ηγεσία, που καθοδηγεί το συνδυασμό. Καταλήγοντας, δήλωσε πως θα είναι στη διάθεση όλων για οτιδήποτε τον χρειαστούν.
Στην εκδήλωση παρέστησαν ο πρώην βουλευτής Ι. Γιαννακόπουλος, οι πρώην δήμαρχοι Καλαμάτας Γ. Κουτσούλης και Θουρίας Γ. Σκαλαίος, ο υποψήφιος βουλευτής των εκλογών του 2009 Λεων. Φιλιππόπουλος, οι περιφερειακοί σύμβουλοι Ι. Αργυράκης και Νικ. Μπαρούνης και άλλοι. -

…και περάσαμε ένα όμορφο και αιρετικό απόγευμα όπως ακριβώς σας είχαμε υποσχεθεί. Επίσης έμειναν απ έξω όλα τα άψυχα, τα υβρίδια, όπως σας είχαμε υποσχεθεί. Η Ενεργειακή πόρτα που είχαμε έκανε πράγματι καλή δουλειά, σε Αθήνα και Θεσσαλονίκη. ΧΑ ΧΑ ΧΑ !!!Αυτά που μου έκαναν εντύπωση και στα δύο brainstorming της http://www.facebook.com/l/18dfbvcPaKUlOEJ0rHj2bSFGRCQ;miastala.com είναι πως…1)… Οι φίλοι που ήρθαν ήταν ακριβείς στην ώρα που είχαμε πει. 18μμ. μέχρι 18.15 είχαν έρθει όλοι. Η αυγοβιομηχανία είχε 12 ολόκληρα χρόνια να προετοιμαστεί. ** SUNSETTING GOVERNMENT OFFICES IS HARD TO DO
There is no magic bullet that will stop the excessive growth of regulation, but there are steps that parliament can take to increase scrutiny of new and existing rules to ensure that each is necessary and that costs are minimized. First of all, it should require a cost analysis of all legislation imposing new regulatory burdens. Although all proposed legislation must be scored by a parliamentary committee to determine likely fiscal costs, there is no similar requirement that regulatory costs be reported. Members should not be asked to vote on proposals without the best possible estimate of their likely costs. All bills proposing new or expanded regulation should undergo a regulatory impact analysis analyzing and quantifying the likely costs and benefits. This regulatory scoring would ideally be performed by a new parliamentary regulation office. Such a step could be taken by a parliament on its own initiative and without presidential approval.Parliaments should establish a sunset date for new regulations. Once adopted, rules tend to be left in place, even if they have outlived their usefulness. Currently, rules that have a substantial effect on a significant number of small entities must be reviewed by the promulgating agency every 10 years. In practice, however, such review, if it occurs at all, is usually performed in a cursory manner. To ensure that substantive review occurs, regulations should automatically expire if not explicitly reaffirmed by regulators. This requirement should be applied to all rules, not just those affecting small business. Such sunset dates should also be included in legislation imposing new regulation.Parliaments have the ability to veto new regulations coming from agencies. To date, however, that authority has only been used successfully once. The review process would be strengthened by requiring parliamentary approval before regulation takes effect. Such a system would ensure a parliamentary check on regulators, as well as ensure the accountability of a parliament itself.Such reform should be seriously considered. In doing so, a parliament should be careful to avoid two dangers. First, the process should apply only to the imposition of new burdens on consumers or the economy.
