ΣΥΝΩΣΤΙΣΜΟΣ ΓΙΑ ΔΙΑΚΑΝΟΝΙΣΜΟΥΣ ΛΟΓΑΡΙΑΣΜΩΝ ΣΕ ΔΕΗ, ΔΕΥΑΚ, ΟΤΕ
Η οικονομική κρίση έχει επηρεάσει την τσέπη των Καλαματιανών, σε βαθμό που πολλοί δυσκολεύονται να φανούν συνεπείς ακόμα και στις πλέον βασικές τους υποχρεώσεις. Η εικόνα με καταναλωτές που αδυνατούν να πληρώσουν τους λογαριασμούς των νοικοκυριών τους και περνούν από τα γραφεία της ΔΕΗ, του ΟΤΕ και της ΔΕΥΑΚ, προκειμένου να επιτύχουν διακανονισμό της πληρωμής των οφειλών τους, είναι πλέον συνηθισμένη. Η «άτυπη» αυτή διαδικασία του διακανονισμού των οφειλών ίσχυε ανέκαθεν στις εν λόγω υπηρεσίες, ωστόσο ο αριθμός των πολιτών που καταφεύγουν σ’ αυτήν έχει αυξηθεί δραματικά το τελευταίο διάστημα.Σε πρόσφατο ρεπορτάζ της εφημερίδας, διαπιστώθηκε ότι οι οφειλές από απλήρωτους λογαριασμούς ρεύματος, μόνο στην περιοχή της Καλαμάτας, ξεπερνούν τα δύο (2) εκατομμύρια ευρώ! Όπως, μάλιστα, μας ανέφεραν αρμόδια στελέχη της ΔEH, οι ανεξόφλητοι λογαριασμοί προέρχονται απ’ όλη την γκάμα οικιακών καταναλωτών, στοιχείο ενδεικτικό της οικονομικής στενότητας και των μεσαίων εισοδημάτων.H ΔEH, από την πλευρά της, εμφανίζεται να εξαντλεί τα περιθώρια «επιείκειας», συνεκτιμώντας τις δυσκολίες των πελατών της λόγω της γενικότερης κρίσης. Πολύ πριν προχωρήσει σε διακοπή ρεύματος έρχεται σε επαφή με τους καταναλωτές, στους οποίους και προτείνει ρύθμιση εξόφλησης των οφειλών τους, ενώ έχει διευρύνει ατύπως την προθεσμία που απαιτείται για τη διακοπή της ηλεκτροδότησης μετά τη λήξη της ημερομηνίας εξόφλησης του λογαριασμού.Στελέχη της ΔΕΗ έλεγαν, όμως, ότι δεν είναι λίγοι αυτοί που, παρά το διακανονισμό με την εταιρεία, αδυνατούν να ξεχρεώσουν. Πάρα πολλοί καταναλωτές «αυτοπαγιδεύονται», επισημαίνουν, προσδοκώντας ότι στο μέλλον θα συγκεντρώσουν τα χρήματα. Δεν τα καταφέρνουν, οι λογαριασμοί τρέχουν, με αποτέλεσμα να διογκώνεται το χρέος τους και να φτάνουν σε σημείο να μην έχουν ρεύμα.Καλό θα ήταν, σύμφωνα πάντα με τα στελέχη της ΔΕΗ, ο καταναλωτής να είναι συνεπής με τις υποχρεώσεις του, όσο δύσκολο και αν είναι γι’ αυτόν, γιατί στο τέλος, σε πολλές περιπτώσεις, ο διακανονισμός, αντί να τους εξυπηρετεί, τους δημιουργεί ακόμα σοβαρότερα προβλήματα. Η ίδια περίπου κατάσταση επικρατεί και με τους λογαριασμούς του ΟΤΕ. Κι εδώ ο αριθμός των καταναλωτών που αδυνατούν να εξοφλήσουν έγκαιρα τις οφειλές τους και αναγκάζονται να προχωρήσουν σε διακανονισμό συνεχώς αυξάνεται το τελευταίο διάστημα.Επίσης, όπως μας έλεγε χθες ο πρόεδρος της ΔΕΥΑΚ Σαρ. Μαρινάκης, σε σχέση με τα προηγούμενα χρόνια το 2010 αυξήθηκε ο αριθμός των δημοτών που αδυνατούσαν να εξοφλήσουν μέσα στις προκαθορισμένες ημερομηνίες το λογαριασμό του νερού. Επισήμανε, όμως, ότι σε σχέση με άλλους οργανισμούς κοινής ωφελείας η κατάσταση στη ΔΕΥΑΚ δεν είναι ανησυχητική.«Σαφώς η τάση είναι αυξητική τους τελευταίους μήνες, αλλά δεν έχει βγει εκτός ελέγχου», σχολίασε. Πρόσθεσε δε ότι «η δημοτική επιχείρηση, σε περίπτωση που της ζητηθεί και ο πολίτης πληροί κάποια αντικειμενικά στοιχεία οικονομικής κατάστασης, έχει τη διάθεση να προχωρήσει σε διακανονισμό πληρωμής των οφειλών σε δόσεις». Παραφράζοντας τους στίχους ενός τραγουδιού θα λέγαμε ότι «ζούμε άχαρες, μικρές ζωές / ποιος τα μάγια θα μας λύσει / Μες στα σπίτια ζούμε σιωπηλοί / ποιος το φόβο θα νικήσει»…

** Προπηλακισμοί στο Δ.Σ.
«Όχι βοσκοτόπια στο θέρετρο της Βέργας»
Με συνθήματα «κάτω τα χέρια από τη Βέργα», «όχι βοσκοτόπια στο θέρετρο της Βέργας», «είμαστε ενωμένοι και αποφασισμένοι», εκατό και πλέον κάτοικοι από την παραπάνω περιοχή, αλλά και από τη Μικρή Μαντίνεια, το Ελαιοχώρι, το Καρβέλι και τα Μενινά, συγκεντρώθηκαν χθες βράδυ στο Δημοτικό Συμβούλιο και διαδήλωσαν την απόφασή τους να μη γνωμοδοτήσει ο Δήμος Καλαμάτας επί του ΓΠΣ, εάν πρώτα δεν έχουν συμπεριληφθεί στην πρόταση τα δικά τους αιτήματα.Κατά τη διάρκεια της διαδήλωσης υπήρξαν και προπηλακισμοί δημοτικών συμβούλων, καθώς και φραστικά επεισόδια με ορισμένους από αυτούς.-

**Kυπαρισσιακός Κόλπος
Έρχονται επενδυτές από το Κατάρ;
Μια επένδυση μεγατόνων, που φιλοδοξεί να αλλάξει τη γεωπολιτική θέση της Κυπαρισσίας και της ευρύτερης περιοχής, θα εξελιχθεί μετά την ολοκλήρωση των διεργασιών για την αγορά οικοπέδων, προκειμένου να αξιοποιηθεί ένα φιλόδοξο εγχείρημα με τη βούλα μεγάλων ξένων επενδυτών. Σύμφωνα με πληροφορίες μας, αυτή την εποχή κτηματομεσιτικό γραφείο έλαβε εντολή από ελληνική επενδυτική εταιρεία να πετύχει συναίνεση των ιδιοκτητών γης στην περιοχή του Κυπαρισσιακού Κόλπου, για την αγορά οικοπέδων με κίνητρα που θα ζήλευαν κάτοικοι ανεπτυγμένων περιοχών του κόσμου.-Αναλυτικά, η ελληνική εταιρεία, που συνεργάζεται με μεγαλοεπενδυτές από το Κατάρ- θυμόμαστε το ενδιαφέρον για μεγάλες τέτοιες επενδύσεις στη χώρα μας- βολιδοσκοπεί την περιοχή, ώστε να αγοραστούν οικόπεδα που εκτείνονται από του Καρτελά φτάνοντας μέχρι το Σεργιάνι, ώστε να προχωρήσει στο μεγαλεπήβολο σχέδιο δημιουργίας μιας μεγάλης τουριστικής επένδυσης, η οποία θεωρητικά θα έχει μεγαλύτερο εύρος από εκείνο της ΠΟΤΑ, καθιστώντας ανταγωνιστικό τον τόπο μας στον τουριστικό τομέα, καθώς οι ξένοι επενδυτές γνωρίζουν ότι, πρώτον, διαθέτει όλα τα εχέγγυα για υποδομές μεγάλου εύρους προστατεύοντας το περιβάλλον. Δεύτερον, ότι υπάρχει θάλασσα και ήλιος, καθώς σκοπεύουν να δημιουργήσουν μαρίνα, μεγάλα ξενοδοχεία και τουριστικά καταλύματα. Τρίτον, ότι η περιοχή έχει άμεση επαφή με τους σύγχρονους αυτοκινητόδρομους από την Αθήνα και, τέταρτον, ότι αποτελεί ορμητήριο για όλους τους κοντινούς αρχαιολογικούς χώρους.Όπως μας αποκάλυψε ο συμπατριώτης μας κτηματομεσίτης, η επένδυση είναι γνωστή τόσο στα ανώτερα κυβερνητικά κλιμάκια, όπως στο γραφείο του κ. Παμπούκη, όσο και στο χώρο των επενδυτών από το εξωτερικό.Μάλιστα, όσοι ιδιοκτήτες οικιών επιθυμούν να παραμείνουν στον τόπο τους, η κοινοπραξία που θα δημιουργηθεί σκοπεύει, αφού αγοράσει τα οικόπεδα με σπίτια, να κατασκευάσει κατοικίες αρμονικά δεμένες με το περιβάλλον και με σύγχρονες ανέσεις, οι οποίες μπορούν να αποδοθούν στους κατόχους τους έναντι μικρού τιμήματος. Ήδη, όπως μάθαμε, έχουν υπογράψει για δέσμευση των οικοπέδων αρκετοί κάτοικοι της περιοχής, καθώς ενδιαφέρονται άμεσα για την τουριστική αξιοποίησή της. Το σχέδιο αφορά στη δέσμευση σε πρώτη φάση περίπου 110 οικοπέδων και, από ό,τι αποτυπώνεται στο σχετικό χάρτη που εξασφαλίσαμε, αφορά παραλία έκτασης 3 χιλιομέτρων. Να σημειώσουμε ότι η επένδυση πρέπει να προχωρήσει σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα, καθώς η υλοποίηση του τρέχοντος εγχειρήματος θα πραγματοποιηθεί με τη μέθοδο fast track, καθώς έχει γίνει η απαραίτητη προεργασία σε επίπεδο γραφειοκρατίας.-

** Δολοφονία Γυφτέα
Σε οδύνη η κηδεία, αποκλείστηκε η ληστεία
Μέσα σε βαρύ κλίμα οδύνης και θλίψης τελέστηκε χθες το μεσημέρι στον Ιερό Ναό Γενεσίου της Θεοτόκου Γιαννιτσανίκων η κηδεία του 46χρονου Παναγιώτη Γυφτέα, ο οποίος βρέθηκε άγρια δολοφονημένος το μεσημέρι της Δευτέρας στην αγροτική περιοχή «Αγριώματα». Συγγενείς, φίλοι και γνωστοί συνόδευσαν τον άτυχο άνδρα, που ξυλοκοπήθηκε μέχρι θανάτου από τους δράστες του, στην τελευταία του κατοικία. -

** «Κόκκινο» για επαναλειτουργία ΜΟΛΑΚ
Παρέμβαση στο θέμα της επαναλειτουργίας ή όχι της Μονάδας Κομποστοποίησης (ΜΟΛΑΚ) υπήρξε χθες από το Τοπικό Συμβούλιο Ασπροχώματος.Σε σχετική ανακοίνωση, η οποία υπογράφεται από τον πρόεδρο Ηλία Ζαγαρέλο, αναφέρονται τα εξής: «Πρόσφατα δημοσιεύματα του τοπικού Τύπου για τη λειτουργία της ΜΟΛΑΚ στην περιοχή του Ασπροχώματος προκάλεσαν θόρυβο, ανησυχία και μεγάλη αγανάκτηση, τόσο στους κατοίκους της περιοχής όσο και στο Τοπικό Συμβούλιο, το οποίο και καθιστούν υπεύθυνο, εάν λειτουργήσει το εν λόγω εργοστάσιο, δεδομένου ότι η περιοχή έχει ήδη επιβαρυνθεί πολύ από τη λειτουργία του Βιολογικού Καθαρισμού Καλαμάτας.

**I. Λαμπρόπουλος
Ερώτηση σε Ρέππα για Παραδείσια - Τσακώνα
Αν θα εκταμιεύσει τα οφειλόμενα χρηματικά ποσά και πότε προβλέπεται να δοθεί στην κυκλοφορία το τμήμα Παραδείσια – Τσακώνα, ρωτά τον υπουργό Υποδομών, Μεταφορών και Δικτύων Δημ. Ρέππα ο βουλευτής Μεσσηνίας της Ν.Δ. Ι. Λαμπρόπουλος, ο οποίος αναρωτιέται, επίσης, αν αυτό θα γίνει με τη μικρή παράκαμψη πριν από τους θερινούς τουριστικούς μήνες.-
Όπως επισημαίνει ο βουλευτής, «μετά την καταστροφή του οδικού τμήματος Παραδείσια – Τσακώνα, το 2003, από το 2004 και μετά εκπονήθηκαν οι απαιτούμενες μελέτες για ανακατασκευή, εγκρίθηκε ο προϋπολογισμός του έργου ύψους 114 εκατ. ευρώ, έγινε η δημοπράτηση, υπεγράφη η σύμβαση και άρχισαν οι εργασίες το 2006 με χρόνο παράδοσης το 2010. Ενώ τα πρώτα χρόνια προχωρούσαν οι εργασίες κανονικά, από τα μέσα του 2010 δεν εκταμιεύθηκαν τα απαιτούμενα χρηματικά ποσά, με αποτέλεσμα την επιβράδυνσή τους κι έτσι την αναβολή παράδοσης του έργου, αρχικά για το φθινόπωρο του 2010, μετά το Δεκέμβριο του 2010, με μια μικρή παράκαμψη πεντακοσίων μέτρων. Στις 7 Δεκεμβρίου 2010 κατά τη συζήτηση επίκαιρης ερώτησης που είχα καταθέσει, ο υφυπουργός κ. Μαγκριώτης διαβεβαίωνε ότι θα καταβληθούν τα οφειλόμενα στην κατασκευάστρια εταιρεία και ότι εκτός από τη γέφυρα Τ4, η οποία θα δοθεί στις 28 Οκτωβρίου 2011, το υπόλοιπο τμήμα θα δοθεί τον Απρίλιο του 2011».Ο κ. Λαμπρόπουλος επικαλείται πληροφορίες, σύμφωνα με τις οποίες «τα χρήματα δεν έχουν καταβληθεί, οι εργασίες δεν προχωρούν και η παράδοση μετατίθεται ξανά από τον Απρίλιο χωρίς να γνωρίζουμε για πότε».Τονίζει δε ότι και στην παλαιά εθνική οδό, από την οποία σήμερα διεξάγεται η κυκλοφορία, έχει σημειωθεί κατολίσθηση στη θέση Δερβένι και κινδυνεύει να αποκοπεί οδικά η Μεσσηνία από την Αθήνα μέσω Τρίπολης.-

** "Carrefour" Μαρινόπουλος :
Μεσσηνιακά προϊόντα από Απρίλη σε όλη την Ελλάδα
Στα ράφια καταστημάτων του «Carrefour Μαρινόπουλος» σε όλη την Ελλάδα μπαίνουν από την 1η Απριλίου τυποποιημένα μεσσηνιακά αγροτικά προϊόντα. Αυτό αποφασίστηκε χθες σε συνάντηση που είχαν με την κεντρική διοίκηση της εταιρείας στην Αθήνα εκπρόσωποι αγροτικών συλλόγων της Μεσσηνίας, ως συνέχεια σχετικής επαφής που είχε γίνει πριν από λίγο καιρό σε κατάστημα της «αλυσίδας» στη Καλαμάτα.-

** Ορνιθολογική Εταιρεία
Παιδικός διαγωνισμός παραμυθιού για λιμνοθάλασσα της Γιάλοβας
«Έχεις διαβάσει το παραμύθι της Γιάλοβας; Σίγουρα όχι, γιατί δε γράφτηκε ακόμα! Και τα χιλιάδες πουλιά της λιμνοθάλασσας περιμένουν να το γράψεις εσύ!».Η Ελληνική Ορνιθολογική Εταιρεία και το Navarino Foundation, με την υποστήριξη της BirdLife International, προκηρύσσουν Παιδικό Διαγωνισμό Παραμυθιού με θέμα: «Το παραμύθι της Γιάλοβας: ένα ταξίδι στον κόλπο του Ναυαρίνου», υπό την αιγίδα του υπουργείου Παιδείας, Δια Βίου Μάθησης και Θρησκευμάτων. -

** ΚΕΚΥΚΑμεΑ
Με μεγάλη επιτυχία διεξήχθη το πάρτυ
Χόρεψαν και διασκέδασαν τα μέλη του ΚΕΚΥΚΑμεΑ το απόγευμα της Τετάρτης, σε ένα ξέφρενο αποκριάτικο πάρτυ στο χώρο του Κέντρου, με τη συντροφιά του Συλλόγου Γονέων και του Συλλόγου Φίλων του ΚΕΚΥΚΑμεΑ. Το πάρτυ ξεκίνησε με μια ομάδα μουσικοκινητικής, που με το συντονισμό των στελεχών μεταμορφώθηκε σε μια εξαίσια ορχήστρα, βάζοντας τους συμμετέχοντες στο αποκριάτικο πνεύμα. Τα θεατροπαιχνίδια που ακολούθησαν, τράβηξαν το ενδιαφέρον όλων, ενώ τη δική του νότα έδωσε το καραόκε, καθώς οι συμμετέχοντες δοκίμασαν το ταλέντο τους. Το χορό άνοιξε ο Σύλλογος Φίλων, του οποίου τα μέλη έκαναν μια εντυπωσιακή είσοδο και «παρέσυραν» όσους βρέθηκαν στο πάρτυ. Και φυσικά, δεν έλειψε το κρασάκι και τα μεζεδάκια, που πλαισίωσαν την εορταστική ατμόσφαιρα μέσω ενός εντυπωσιακού μπουφέ, που ήταν χορηγία του Μεσσηνιακού Catering.-

** Ο "Οδυσσέας" στη Μεσσηνία
Το πρώτο σχολείο ελληνικής γλώσσας για μετανάστες
Την εκπαίδευση των μεταναστών για την εκμάθηση της ελληνικής γλώσσας, της ιστορίας και του πολιτισμού, καθώς και του τρόπου ζωής της ελληνικής κοινωνίας, επιχειρεί το πρόγραμμα «Οδυσσέας», που υλοποιείται από τη Γενική Γραμματεία Δια Βίου Μάθησης του υπουργείου Παιδείας μέσω του Ινστιτούτου Διαρκούς Εκπαίδευσης Ενηλίκων.Το έργο εντάσσεται στο Επιχειρησιακό Πρόγραμμα «Εκπαίδευση και Δια Βίου Μάθηση» του ΥΠΕΠΘ και συγχρηματοδοτείται από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση και το Ελληνικό Δημόσιο.Το συγκεκριμένο πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε πολίτες της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης και σε υπηκόους τρίτων χωρών ανεξαρτήτως καταγωγής, από την ηλικία των 16 ετών και άνω, χωρίς καμία διάκριση, που διαμένουν νόμιμα στη χώρα μας.
Διάρθρωση Το πρόγραμμα εκπαίδευσης διαρθρώνεται σε δύο επίπεδα.Επίπεδο Α1: Εισαγωγικά μαθήματα στην ελληνική γλώσσα, την ιστορία και τον πολιτισμό, καθώς και στον τρόπο ζωής της ελληνικής κοινωνίας, διάρκειας 125 ωρών. Επίπεδο Α2: Μαθήματα ελληνικής γλώσσας, στοιχείων της ελληνικής ιστορίας και του ελληνικού πολιτισμού. Στο συγκεκριμένο επίπεδο προβλέπονται δύο θεματικές ενότητες: μαθήματα ελληνικής γλώσσας, διάρκειας 150 ωρών, και στοιχεία της ελληνικής ιστορίας και του ελληνικού πολιτισμού, διάρκειας 25 ωρών. Τα μαθήματα παρέχονται δωρεάν. Τα τμήματα λειτουργούν πρωινές και απογευματινές ώρες. Η ολοκλήρωση του προβλεπόμενου κύκλου σπουδών δίνει στους εκπαιδευόμενους τη δυνατότητα να συμμετέχουν με επιτυχία στις εξετάσεις πιστοποίησης ελληνομάθειας της Γενικής Γραμματείας Δια Βίου Μάθησης, προϋπόθεση για την απόκτηση από τους υπηκόους τρίτων χωρών του καθεστώτος του επί μακρόν διαμένοντος, σύμφωνα με την ελληνική νομοθεσία για το σύστημα πιστοποίησης.Στη Μεσσηνία λειτουργούν τα παρακάτω τμήματα:Καλαμάτα: 2 τμήματα επιπέδου Α1 καθώς και 1 τμήμα επιπέδου Α2 Κορώνη: 1 τμήμα επιπέδου Α1 καθώς και 1 τμήμα επιπέδου Α2 Μεσσήνη: 2 τμήματα επιπέδου Α1Πύλος: 1 τμήμα επιπέδου Α1Μεθώνη: 1 τμήμα επιπέδου Α1Επιπλέον προβλέπεται να λειτουργήσουν 3 τμήματα στη Δυτική Μάνη.Για περισσότερες πληροφορίες οι ενδιαφερόμενοι μπορούν να απευθύνονται στο Κέντρου Εκπαίδευσης Ενηλίκων (Κ.Ε.Ε.) The case had highlighted how "ludicrous" libel laws were, he said. Gray's main gripe is with the high costs and lengthy process involved in striking out a case.
