~** Η κυβέρνηση του Γιώργου ακινητοποιεί τις ελληνικές ένοπλες δυνάμεις!!!
Μειώνουν καύσιμα και κόβουν επιδόματα;
«Δεν γνωρίζει τίποτα το υπουργείο Εθνικής Άμυνας για μειώσεις στα διατειθέμενα καύσιμα προς τις Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις». Αυτό τόνιζαν υψηλά ιστάμενα στελέχη του ΥΠΕΘΑ μιλώντας σχετικά με τα όσα διαρρέονταν από τα υπουργεία Οικονομίας και Οικονομικών.Σε σχέση με τις λοιπές περικοπές στα λειτουργικά έξοδα του υπουργείου, φαίνεται ότι αγγίζουν και τα επιδόματα που λαμβάνει το προσωπικό, μόνιμοι ή ΕΠΟΠ, αλλά και το πολιτικό προσωπικό του υπουργείου.Οπωσδήποτε θα υπάρξουν αλλαγές στο τρόπο των μεταθέσεων έτσι ώστε να περικοπούν δαπάνες και από εκεί, όπως και από την μείωση των στρατοπέδων και «των πάσης φύσεως λειτουργικών δαπανών».Το θέμα των καυσίμων φυσικά αγγίζει τον «σκληρό πυρήνα» του αξιόμαχου των Ενόπλων Δυνάμεων, αφού αφορά άμεσα το κεφάλαιο «εκπαίδευση». Και ίσως όχι μόνο το κεφάλαιο «εκπαίδευση»: Δημοσιεύματα ανέφεραν ότι «κοστίζουν 20 εκατ. ευρώ το χρόνο οι αναχαιτίσεις(!) των τουρκικών αεροσκαφών».Μείωση στις ήδη μειωμένες δαπάνες για καύσιμα (οι πιλότοι της Π.Α. με το ζόρι ξεπερνούν τις 12 ώρες πτήσης τον μήνα, αντί για 20 που είναι ο αποδεκτός ΝΑΤΟϊκός χρόνος για την διατήρηση του αξιόμαχου, λόγω μη ύπαρξης διαθέσιμων καυσίμων για εκπαίδευση), σημαίνει ακινησία.Και ακινησία στις Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις σημαίνει εκπαιδευτική ανεπάρκεια και συνεπώς μειωμένη επιχειρησιακή ικανότητα.ΠηγήΣχόλιο ιστολογίου: Ο κύριος Σημίτης ως πρωθυπουργός δεν γνώριζε τους κανόνες εμπλοκής και τα Ίμια έγιναν γκρίζα ζώνη... Ο κύριος Παπανδρέου προφανώς αγνοεί τι σημαίνει μειωμένη επιχειρησιακή ικανότητα... ποιό θα είναι το τίμημα γι αυτή την πρωθυπουργική άγνοια;Την ίδια στιγμή, στις ανατολικές ακτές του Αιγαίου, η Άγκυρα σχεδιάζει την ναυπήγηση δύο μεγάλων αρματαγωγών αποβατικών σκαφών, ενώ ιδιαίτερα σημαντικά είναι τα νέα εξοπλιστικά προγράμματα της Τουρκίας.Έτσι, κατά τη διάρκεια της συνεδρίασης της τουρκικής Ανώτατης Επιτροπής της Αμυντικής Βιομηχανίας (SSIK), αποφασίστηκαν τα άμεσα νέα εξοπλιστικά προγράμματα της Τουρκίας και η αποστολή αντιπροσωπείας στο Ισραήλ στις 11 Ιανουαρίου, για τη διεξαγωγή δοκιμών πιστοποίησης και αποδοχής των UAV Heron. Επίσης η ισραηλινή εταιρεία ΙΑΙ συμφώνησε πριν από 15 μέρες να πληρώσουν ποινική ρήτρα αξίας 10 εκατ. δολαρίων, λόγω της καθυστέρησης της παράδοσης των συστημάτων Heron στις τουρκικές Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις.Η πληρωμή του συγκεκριμένου προστίμου δεν θα γίνει «με ζεστό χρήμα», αλλά με την παροχή εξοπλισμού υποστήριξης και εκπαίδευσης ισόποσης αξίας από την ισραηλινή εταιρεία προς τον τουρκικό Στρατό.Παράλληλα ανακοινώθηκε η έγκριση για την υλοποίηση των ακολούθων εξοπλιστικών προγραμμάτων.• Αγορά 2 συστημάτων UAV των εταιρειών Kalekalip/Baykar, κάθε σύστημα θα περιλαμβάνει 3 αεροχήματα.• Αγορά ενός τακτικού συστήματος UAV το οποίο εκτοξεύεται με τη χρήση καταπέλτη από την εταιρεία Vestel.• Ναυπήγηση στα τουρκικά ναυπηγεία Anadolou Insaat/Alyans 2 νέων αποβατικών σκαφών τύπου LST εκτοπίσματος 6.000 τ.• Εκσυγχρονισμός των πυροβόλων GDF-002 των 35 χλστ. της εταιρείας Oerlikon, με την αναβάθμιση των πυροβόλων σε επίπεδο AHEAD και την ολοκλήρωση του ρυμουλκούμενου υπό ανάπτυξη Συστήματος Ελέγχου Πυρός της εταιρείας Aselsan. Το πρόγραμμα θα ολοκληρωθεί σε δύο φάσεις. Στη σύσκεψη της 6 Ιανουαρίου δόθηκε η έγκριση για την υλοποίηση της πρώτης φάσης. Συνολικά η τουρκική Αεροπορία διαθέτει 120 πυροβόλα GDF-002 εκ των οποίων ορισμένα κατά πάσα πιθανότητα έχουν αναβαθμιστεί στο επίπεδο GDF-005.• Αγορά 110 εκτινασσόμενων καθισμάτων της εταιρείας Martin Baker για τα αεροσκάφη Τ-38, από τον αριθμό των καθισμάτων που θα παραγγελθούν εκτιμάται ότι θα παραμείνουν σε υπηρεσία 55 αεροσκάφη από τα 69 που διαθέτει σήμερα η τουρκική Αεροπορία και τα οποία θα περάσουν από ένα πρόγραμμα εκσυγχρονισμού.• Αγορά κινητού εργαστηρίου Ραδιοβιολογικού πολέμου από την ισπανική εταιρεία Indra Sistemas για τον τουρκικό Στρατό.• Αναβάθμιση του συστήματος του εθνικού συστήματος C4ISR της τουρκικής Αεροπορίας από την τουρκική εταιρεία Havelsan..-

Ζητείται παρέμβαση
του υπουργείου παιδείας

Με βάση την ισχύουσα διεθνώς νομοθεσία, οι φοιτητές με απώλεια όρασης δικαιούνται να λαμβάνουν τα πανεπιστημιακά βιβλία σε ψηφιακή μορφή ώστε να (τι άλλο;) μπορούν να τα μελετήσουν.
Το παραπάνω αυτονόητο δικαίωμα στην χώρα μας βίαια καταστρατηγείται υπό την ανοχή-δυστυχώς- του αρμόδιου υπουργείου παιδείας, παρά τις επίμονες επί χρόνια καταγγελίες των φορέων εκπροσώπησης των τυφλών.
Τον απόλυτο εμπαιγμό έχει την τελευταία τετραετία υποστεί το παράρτημα Κεντρικής Μακεδονίας του Πανελλήνιου Συνδέσμου Τυφλών (ΠΣΤ) από τις εκδόσεις Σάκκουλα που μεταξύ άλλων εκδίδουν πλήθος νομικών βιβλίων. Όταν στις αρχές του 2006 πρωτοξεκίνησε η συζήτηση και πρωτοδιατυπώθηκε το αίτημα παραχώρησης τίτλων σε ψηφιακή μορφή μιάς και υπήρχαν κάμποσοι φοιτητές νομικής του ΑΠΘ με προβλήματα όρασης που αξίωναν πρόσβαση στα βιβλία, από πλευράς Σάκκουλα η ανταπόκριση ήταν θετικότατη στα όρια του ενθουσιασμού. Ικανοποιημένοι από την ανταπόκριση οι του ΠΣΤ στο ελάχιστο δεν μπορούσαν να φανταστούν ότι τα πάνω θα έρχονταν κάτω την στιγμή που το αποδεκτό στα λόγια αίτημά τους θα έπρεπε να ικανοποιηθεί και στην πράξη...
Στην αρχή, οι του Σάκκουλα ακολούθησαν την κλασική τακτική του “πολυάσχολου”. Μετά από κάμποσα “πάρτε ξανά την άλλη εβδομάδα” και αφού έφτασαν τους αιτούντες (τα ήδη συμφωνημένα) τυφλούς στα όρια της υπομονής τους, εδέησαν να εμφανιστούν.
Για να κωλυσιεργήσουν ακόμα περισσότερο, ζήτησαν επίσημη λίστα με τους τίτλους των νομικών βιβλίων που θα έπρεπε να παραχωρήσουν άδεια ψηφιοποίησης, ώστε να είναι και τυπικά καλυμμένοι (από ποιόν άραγε;) όπως ισχυρίστηκαν. Ελαβαν και τους τίτλους επισήμως όπως ζήτησαν, αλλά και πάλι από πλευράς τους τίποτα. Στην οργισμένη πλέον παρέμβαση του ΠΣΤ να τηρήσουν τα συμφωνημένα, ανταπάντησαν ότι έχασαν την επίσημη λίστα (άκουσον, άκουσον!) και ζήτησαν καινούργια.
Τους την στείλανε κι’ αυτή, ξανά όμως στην πράξη τίποτε, ξανά μανά οι υπάλληλοι Σάκκουλα το ίδιο παραμύθι “χάθηκε η λίστα, στείλτε καινούργια”. Για να μην ξεφύγουν τα πράγματα σε αγριότητες μιάς και η εξαπάτηση ήταν πλέον απροσχημάτιστη, οι του ΠΣΤ έπαψαν οριστικά να ασχολούνται, το δε πρόβλημα των προσβάσιμων στους τυφλούς φοιτητές βιβλίων λύθηκε μερικώς με κάποιες εκ των έσω αλχημείες η απαρίθμηση των οποίων δεν είναι του παρόντος.
Προ ολίγων μόλις ημερών,αρχές Δεκεμβρίου 2009 και παραμονές φοιτητικών εξετάσεων, το αίτημα επανήλθε και μάλιστα με τρόπο ακόμα πιο πιεστικό από την περίοδο του 2006. Δεν το διατύπωσε τούτη την φορά το παράρτημα Κ. Μακεδονίας του ΠΣΤ μονάχο, το συνδιατύπωσε με πάσα επισημότητα το ίδιο το Α.Π.Θ. δια της επιτροπής κοινωνικής πολιτικής που έχει τα τελευταία χρόνια συστήσει. Την αφορμή για την επαναδιατύπωση του αιτήματος έδωσε “περίπτωση” νεοτυφλωθείσας φοιτήτριας της νομικής που αξίωσε πρόσβαση στα εκδόσεων Σάκκουλα νομικά βιβλία.
Τούτη την φορά όμως, το αίτημα δεν απευθύνεται στις εκδόσεις ως αίτημα συνεννόησης-συνεργασίας, αλλά στην ίδια την υπουργό παιδείας Άννα Διαμαντοπούλου (ημερομηνία αποστολής 18 Δεκεμβρίου) ως αίτημα αποκατάστασης της νομιμότητας.
Δεν αναμένει την ανέξοδη επικρότηση που όπως έχει αποδειχτεί ουδεμία έχει αξία, αλλά απαιτεί την έμπρακτη πολιτική στήριξη και δικαίωση...

Οι ενήλικες με αυτισμό υψηλής λειτουργικότητας ζητούν να ακουστούν.
'Όταν λέμε ότι είμαστε αυτιστικοί δεν μας πιστεύουν'

Η εξέλιξη της επιστημονικής γνώσης και ο συνακόλουθος εμπλουτισμός των διαγνωστικών μεθόδων σε ότι αφορά τις διαταραχές του αυτιστικού φάσματος είναι μια σχετικά “φρέσκια” υπόθεση. Το οποίον σημαίνει ότι η συντριπτική πλειοψηφία των ανθρώπων με αυτισμό μέσης και μεγάλης ηλικίας πορεύονται αδιάγνωστοι το δύσκολο διάβα της ζωής.
Σύμφωνα με τα πλέον σύγχρονα και εξακριβωμένα επιστημονικά δεδομένα, ένα 10.000 ανθρώπους οι 50-58 είναι άνθρωποι με διαταραχές του αυτιστικού φάσματος. Το οποίον σημαίνει ότι στην χώρα μας των 10 περίπου εκατομμυρίων, ο αριθμός των αυτιστικών ατόμων είναι κατ’ ελάχιστον 50.000. Σημαίνει, επίσης, ότι οι ενήλικες με αυτισμό που δεν έχουν ποτέ διαγνωστεί και δεν έχουν ποτέ λάβει την στοιχειωδέστερη έστω εκπαίδευση σε κοινωνικές δεξιότητες είναι δεκάδες χιλιάδες άνθρωποι. Οι περισσότεροι των οποίων –βάσει της κοινής λογικής – είτε αδυνατούν να επιβιώσουν, είτε ζουν σε καθεστώς απόλυτης κοινωνικής απομόνωσης.
Ο σύλλογος Ελλήνων ενηλίκων αυτιστικών με ASPERGER και Υψηλής Λειτουργικότητας Αυτισμό (ΥΛΑ) που δημιουργήθηκε προ διετίας από την νεαρή δυναμική κυρία με ΥΛΑ Πέρλα Μεσίνα, έχει ως βασική προτεραιότητά του τον εντοπισμό των αδιάγνωστων ενηλίκων με αυτισμό που ζουν στη χώρα μας. Και, κατόπιν αυτού, την παροχή της απαραίτητης υποστήριξης ώστε να διευκολυνθεί η κοινωνική επανένταξη και η επανακατάκτηση της κοινωνικής αξιοπρέπειας που κατά κανόνα έχει παραβιαστεί και υπονομευτεί.
Η επίτευξη των στόχων του συλλόγου είναι μία εξαιρετικά δύσκολη υπόθεση μιας και προσκρούει σε θεμελιώδεις υστερήσεις και ελλείμματα της ελληνικής κοινωνικής πραγματικότητας.
Διότι αν στη χώρα μας οι δομές και υποδομές για τα παιδιά και εφήβους με διαταραχές του αυτιστικού φάσματος είναι σε σύγκριση με τις ανάγκες απειροελάχιστες, οι αντίστοιχες για τους αυτιστικούς ενηλίκους προσεγγίζουν το απόλυτο “τίποτα”.
Οι του συλλόγου έχουν επιλέξει ως στρατηγική τους τον δρόμο της συνεχούς ενημέρωσης-ευαισθητοποίησης (οργανώνουν ημερίδες και εκδηλώσεις ανά την Ελλάδα) με βασικό τους μήνυμα-σύνθημα “μία ματιά από τα μέσα”. Το οποίο παραπέμπει στην αναγκαιότητα, να πάρουν οι άνθρωποι με ΥΛΑ τις τύχες των ανθρώπων με αυτισμό στα χέρια τους εκφράζοντας οι ίδιοι το πως νιώθουν και το πως βιώνουν τον αυτισμό. Η παραπάνω συνταγή/στρατηγική, στον βαθμό που δεν δημιουργεί σύγχυση και δεν συγκρούεται με τις ευρύτερες διεκδικήσεις για υποδομές και υπηρεσίες ένταξης του συνόλου των αυτιστικών ατόμων, μπορεί να γίνει κατανοητή ως μία ενδιαφέρουσα πρόταση για την καταπολέμηση των σχετικών με τον ΥΛΑ στερεοτύπων.
Διότι, όπως λένε χαρακτηριστικά και οι του συλλόγου “όταν λέμε ότι είμαστε αυτιστικοί δεν μας πιστεύουν. Μας περνούν για κακότροπους, αγενείς, εγωιστές, αντικοινωνικούς ...” Και κάμποσα άλλα τέτοια, που αναδεικνύουν την σχετική με τις διαταραχές του αυτιστικού φάσματος διάχυτη κοινωνική άγνοια και προκατάληψη, προϊόν - για να μην ξεχνιόμαστε- της αδυναμίας της ελληνικής πολιτείας να προσφέρει στους ανθρώπους με αυτισμό τα στοιχειώδη που δικαιούνται.

Η Ανδρομέδα (Λατινικά: Andromeda, συντομογραφία: And) είναι αστερισμός που σημειώθηκε πρώτη φορά στην αρχαιότητα από τον Πτολεμαίο στον κατάλογό του της «Μαθηματικής Συντάξεως» και είναι ένας από τους 88 επίσημους αστερισμούς που θέσπισε η Διεθνής Αστρονομική Ένωση.
Βρίσκεται νότια του αστερισμού Κασσιόπη, και μεταξύ των αστερισμών Πηγάσου και Περσέως, νότια δε αυτού 3 λαμπροί αστέρες δημιουργούν τον αστερισμό του Τριγώνου.

Radical Faeries have also been featured in gay rights parades.But in the same way that Hay’s Stalinism proves worrisome, author Will Roscoe writes that Hay was influenced by a book titled The Morning of the Magician, which traced the power of the occult back to the Nazi period. This is extremely significant.
