** «Η Ελλάδα απέδειξε την ισχυρή της θέληση»


«Οι κόποι και οι θυσίες του Ελληνικού λαού, πιάνουν τόπο. Η πολιτική της υπευθυνότητας δικαιώνεται. Η Ελλάδα απέδειξε την ισχυρή της θέληση και τη δυνατότητα έγκαιρης αντίδρασής της στην κρίση» δήλωσε ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου.
«Οι κόποι και οι θυσίες του Ελληνικού λαού, πιάνουν τόπο. Η πολιτική της υπευθυνότητας δικαιώνεται. Η Ελλάδα απέδειξε την ισχυρή της θέληση και τη δυνατότητα έγκαιρης αντίδρασής της στην κρίση» δήλωσε ο πρωθυπουργός Γιώργος Παπανδρέου μετά το πέρας της συνεδρίασης των ηγετών της ευρωζώνης στις Βρυξέλλες. -«Η Ελλάδα του ευρώ είναι ασφαλής. Και η Ευρώπη, έκανε επίσης ένα μεγάλο βήμα. Σήμερα, δεν πήραμε μόνο αποφάσεις για την Ελλάδα. Η Ευρώπη, η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση βρέθηκε μπροστά σε μια τεράστια πρόκληση και στάθηκε στο ύψος των περιστάσεων» είπε ο έλληνας πρωθυπουργός προσθέτοντας ότι «με αποφασιστικότητα οι Ευρωπαίοι ηγέτες προστατεύουμε την Ένωσή μας, προστατεύουμε το κοινό μας νόμισμα. Η Ευρώπη, και μαζί η Ελλάδα, βγαίνουν πιο ισχυρές μέσα από αυτή την κρίση». -«Ως κυβέρνηση, κινηθήκαμε με σύνεση, με προσοχή και με αποφασιστικότητα. Κάναμε και κάνουμε έναν αγώνα δρόμου, μαζί με τον ελληνικό λαό. Μαζί πείσαμε Ευρωπαίους και διεθνείς εταίρους, ότι έχουν να κάνουν πλέον με μια Ελλάδα αξιόπιστη, με σχέδιο και με στρατηγική για την πορεία της» επισήμανε ο πρωθυπουργός. -«Σήμερα, φτάσαμε σε μια απόφαση πολύ ικανοποιητική. Θεσπίζει ένα ευρωπαϊκό μηχανισμό, με μειοψηφική συμμετοχή του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου, που εγγυάται την προστασία της χρηματοπιστωτικής σταθερότητας στην Ευρωζώνη» τόνισε ο κ. Παπανδρέου προσθέτοντας ότι «πολύ σημαντική, επίσης, είναι η απόφαση της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας, να παρατείνει το ευνοϊκό καθεστώς που διέπει τα ενέχυρα, που δέχεται η ίδια από τις ελληνικές Τράπεζες - και αυτό στηρίζει και διευκολύνει την προσπάθεια που εμείς κάνουμε». -«Είμαστε αποφασισμένοι να αντιμετωπίσουμε το μεγάλο δημοσιονομικό πρόβλημα της χώρας. Και το κάνουμε. Αλλά όχι μόνον. Είναι η ώρα να προχωρήσουμε - και αυτό κάνουμε - στις μεγάλες αλλαγές. Μεγάλες και βαθιές αλλαγές στην οικονομία, στην πολιτική και την κοινωνία» υπογράμμισε ο έλληνας πρωθυπουργός προσθέτοντας ότι «χτίζουμε με τις σημερινές μας πράξεις, τις συνθήκες για ένα σταθερό οικονομικό περιβάλλον στη χώρα μας. Μια οικονομία βιώσιμη, με διαφάνεια, αλλά και με κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη και ανάπτυξη». -«Χτίζουμε την Ελλάδα του αύριο. Και θα το πετύχουμε μαζί με τον ελληνικό λαό. Είναι μια σημαντική απόφαση αυτή που πήραμε σήμερα, και συμβολικά, στην Εθνική μας Εορτή» κατέληξε ο πρωθυπουργός.-


** Έκαψαν τις ελληνικές σημαίες :

Φωτιά σε δύο ελληνικές σημαίες, οι οποίες ήταν ανηρτημένες σε στύλους της ΔΕΗ, στη συμβολή των οδών Πανεπιστημίου και Αγίου Δημητρίου στη Θεσσαλονίκη έβαλαν άγνωστοι στις 4:30 τα ξημερώματα. -Από την πυρκαγιά οι σημαίες καταστράφηκαν ολοσχερώς χωρίς να προκληθούν περαιτέρω ζημιές.-

** Απεργούν σήμερα οι δικηγόροι-συμβολαιογράφοι :


Δεύτερη ημέρα απεργίας είναι η σημερινή για τους δικηγόρους-συμβολαιογράφους, οι οποίοι διαμαρτύρονται για τα οικονομικά μέτρα της κυβέρνησης και ειδικότερα για το φορολογικό νομοσχέδιο.-
Έτσι, σήμερα Παρασκευή, οι συμβολαιογράφοι Αθηνών, Πειραιώς, Αιγαίου και Δωδεκανήσου θα απέχουν από τα καθήκοντά τους, με αίτημα τη μη υπαγωγή των συμβολαιογραφικών - δημόσιων υπηρεσιών σε καθεστώς ΦΠΑ. -Σε ανακοίνωση του ο σύλλογος αναφέρει: «Η επιβολή ΦΠΑ 21% στις γονικές παροχές, στις πωλήσεις που αφορούν στην πρώτη κατοικία, στα πληρεξούσια και στις λοιπές συμβολαιογραφικές υπηρεσίες επιβαρύνει σημαντικά τους Έλληνες πολίτες και ιδιαίτερα τις ασθενέστερες οικονομικά τάξεις».-Οι συμβολαιογράφοι απείχαν από τα καθήκοντά τους και την περασμένη Τετάρτη.-Διαβάστε επίσης: Απέχουν από τα καθήκοντά τους οι συμβολαιογράφοι,

** «Ξήλωσαν» ΑΤΜ από το Δημαρχείο Αρμενίου :

Το μηχάνημα αυτόματης ανάληψης της Αγροτικής Τράπεζας που ήταν τοποθετημένο μέσα στο κτίριο του Δημαρχείου Αρμενίου, στη Λάρισα, «ξήλωσαν» άγνωστοι τις πρώτες πρωινές ώρες.-Χρησιμοποιώντας γερανάκι, οι δράστες «σήκωσαν» το ΑΤΜ λίγα λεπτά μετά τις 5:00 και διέφυγαν με φορτηγό όχημα. –

** H ΜΕΣΣΗΝΙΑ δεύτερη στα « λουκέτα » επιχειρήσεων στην Ελλάδα :

Αύξηση ….158,8% - τη δεύτερη μεγαλύτερη στην Ελλάδα - σημείωσαν τα « λουκέτα » επιχειρήσεων στο νομό Μεσσηνίας κατά το πρώτο τρίμηνο του 2010 σε σχέση με το αντίστοιχο περσινό διάστημα .-Συγκεκριμένα το 2010 έκλεισαν 168 επιχειρήσεις , έναντι μόλις 65 το τρίμηνο του έτους 2009 .-

** Ληστεία σε βενζινάδικο στα Γιαννιτσά ¨¨:

Ένοπλη ληστεία σημειώθηκε λίγα λεπτά πριν τα μεσάνυκτα σε ένα πρατήριο υγρών καυσίμων που βρίσκεται στην περιοχή των Γιαννιτσών.-Δύο άτομα έχοντας καλυμμένα τα πρόσωπά τους, με την απειλή όπλου άρπαξαν άγνωστο χρηματικό ποσό από το ταμείο και διέφυγαν με μηχανή μεγάλου κυβισμού.-Η Αστυνομία διεξάγει έρευνες για τον εντοπισμό των δραστών.-

** ΕΓΚΑΤΑΛΕΙΦΘΗΚΕ στο Μάραθο Μεσσηνίας τσιγαράδικο με γεμάτα αμπάρια !¨:

Με τα αμπάρια του γεμάτα λαθραία τσιγάρα βρέθηκε την περασμένη Δευτέρα το πρωί , προσαραγμένο και εγκαταλελειμμένο κοντά στον Μάραθο Συνοικούντα, περιοχή Γιοφυράκι , το μότορσιπ 800 τόνων <> , το οποίο είχε ανάγλυφο πάνω του το παλιό όνομα <> .- Ταο πλοίο πρέπει να κυκλοφορούσε τις τελευταίες μέρες σαν φάντασμα στην περιοχή ψάχνοντας την κατάλληλη στιγμή για να ξεφορτώσει το παράνομο φορτίο του .-

** Οικοπεδοφάγοι απείλησαν πολίτη :

Σε κίνδυνο τέθηκε η σωματική ακεραιότητα πολίτη που είχε την ευαισθησία να προστατεύσει δασική έκταση από φερόμενους οικοπεδοφάγους στην περιοχή της Εξοχής Πιερίας. Η περιπέτεια του Χαράλαμπου Μακρίδη, που διατηρεί σπίτι στον Δήμο Ελαφίνας Πιερίας, ξεκίνησε, όταν κατήγγειλε στις Aρχές απόπειρα οικοπεδοποίησης δάσους, με αποτέλεσμα να απειληθεί από καταπατητές. Μάλιστα, γλίτωσε την τελευταία στιγμή από ξυλοδαρμό χάρη στην επέμβαση πολιτών.-

Ο κ. Μακρίδης, που είναι διευθυντής της Χειρουργικής Κλινικής του Νοσοκομείου Παπαγεωργίου στη Θεσσαλονίκη και μέλος της Εθελοντικής Ομάδας Δράσης Ν. Πιερίας, κινούνταν με το αυτοκίνητό του, την προηγούμενη Παρασκευή, στην επαρχιακή οδό Κατερίνης-Ελάφου, στο ύψος της περιφερειακής οδού Εξοχής. -Αμέσως μετά τη διασταύρωση προς Τρίλοφο, διέκρινε ότι είχε τοποθετηθεί παράνομα ένας φράχτης σε δασική έκταση με βελανιδιές. Όπως οφείλει να κάνει κάθε νομοταγής, συνειδητοποιημένος και ευαισθητοποιημένος πολίτης, κατήγγειλε την ίδια μέρα το περιστατικό στον υπεύθυνο του Δασαρχείου της περιοχής, ενώ την επομένη ανέφερε το γεγονός στους αξιωματικούς υπηρεσίας των τμημάτων Κατερίνης και Κολινδρού. Επίσης, ενημερώθηκαν οι τοπικοί παράγοντες. -Ενώ η καταγγελία είχε γίνει στις αστυνομικές αρχές, οι οικοπεδοφάγοι συνέχιζαν ανενόχλητοι το έργο τους, άρχισαν μάλιστα να φυτεύουν ελαιόδεντρα στην καταπατημένη έκταση του δάσους. Ο κ. Μακρίδης, που έχει ζήσει χρόνια στο εξωτερικό, δεν μπορούσε να ερμηνεύσει την κωλυσιεργία των δημόσιων αρχών, και δύο μέρες μετά την καταγγελία του στην Αστυνομία επικοινώνησε με την Πολεοδομία Πιερίας, η οποία του συνέστησε να απευθυνθεί στον εισαγγελέα υπηρεσίας, όπως και έκανε. Ο εισαγγελέας, που αντέδρασε άμεσα, έδωσε εντολή στην Αστυνομία να επιληφθεί του ζητήματος. Έτσι εντοπίστηκαν οι παραβάτες και συντάχτηκε η σχετική έκθεση, προκειμένου οι υπεύθυνοι να οδηγηθούν στη δικαιοσύνη.-
Απόπειρα ξυλοδαρμού

Η ενέργεια του κ. Μακρίδη ενόχλησε τους καταπατητές που άρχισαν να τον απειλούν. «Κατήγγειλα ένα περιβαλλοντικό έγκλημα, μια παρατυπία, και δέχτηκα απειλές», υπογραμμίζει ο κ. Μακρίδης. Σύμφωνα με τη μήνυση που κατέθεσε ο ίδιος, την περασμένη Τετάρτη, ξεκινώντας με το αυτοκίνητό του από την Εξοχή προς την Κατερίνη, ένα μεγάλο αγροτικό αυτοκίνητο τον προσπέρασε με ελιγμούς, του έφραξε τον δρόμο και τον ανάγκασε να σταματήσει 4 χιλιόμετρα έξω από την Κατερίνη. -Ο οδηγός του αγροτικού, που ήταν μέλος της οικογένειας που φέρεται ότι έκανε την καταπάτηση, κατέβηκε από το όχημα. «Με απείλησε λέγοντας ότι θα γίνει πόλεμος, ότι δεν ήξερα πού έμπλεξα και με ποιους έχω να κάνω και ότι δεν έχω καμία θέση στο χωριό τους. Το όχημά μου παρέμεινε καθηλωμένο για ένα τέταρτο», περιγράφεται στη μήνυση του παθόντος. Μόλις αποχώρησε το αγροτικό, ο κ. Μαρκίδης πήρε τηλέφωνο την Αστυνομία. Οι αστυνομικοί του είπαν ότι θα τον συναντούσαν στην πλατεία του χωριού Εξοχή.-
Επέστρεψε στην πλατεία και, μέχρι να έρθει το περιπολικό, που άργησε τουλάχιστον είκοσι λεπτά, ο άνθρωπος που του είχε κλείσει τον δρόμο νωρίτερα συνέχισε να του επιτίθεται και να τον απειλεί φραστικά. Στη σκηνή παρενέβη και ο αδερφός του δράστη, ο οποίος προσπαθούσε για πολλή ώρα να επιτεθεί εναντίον του κ. Μακρίδη, που γλίτωσε τον ξυλοδαρμό επειδή κάτοικοι του χωριού κρατούσαν τον επιτιθέμενο. Εκείνη την ώρα οι αστυνομικοί, που έπρεπε να προστατεύσουν τον πολίτη, ήταν απόντες.-

Η δημοτική αρχή του δήμου Ελαφίνας έμαθε από την Αστυνομία για το περιστατικό, παρόλο που το συμβάν της καταπάτησης πραγματοποιήθηκε εντός των διοικητικών ορίων του δήμου. «Πράγματι, κάποιος δημότης περιέφραξε μια μικρή έκταση δάσους δίπλα στον δρόμο, πράξη που είναι προκλητική. Το πρωτοέμαθα από την Αστυνομία», ανέφερε ο δήμαρχος Ελαφίνας, Πασχάλης Κατσάρας. «Μου μετέφεραν ότι οι δύο γιοι του δημότη που έβαλε περίφραξη κινήθηκαν απειλητικά εναντίον του κ. Μακρίδη. Η ενέργειά τους είναι καταδικαστέα», πρόσθεσε ο δήμαρχος. Το δάσος της Εξοχής Πιερίας καταλαμβάνει έκταση 7.000 στρεμμάτων, εκ των οποίων το 65% ανήκει στον δήμο και τα υπόλοιπα σε ιδιώτες και στο Δημόσιο. - Πηγή: makthes.gr .-

** Στην αντεπίθεση η Αθήνα για τις τουρκικές προκλήσεις :

Στην αντεπίθεση πέρασε η Αθήνα για τις συνεχείς τουρκικές προκλήσεις που σημειώνονται τις τελευταίες ημέρες στο Αιγαίο. Ο αντιπρόεδρος της κυβέρνησης αφήνει ανοιχτό το ενδεχόμενο για κλείσιμο του τουρκικού προξενείου στη Θράκη. –
Στην αντεπίθεση πέρασε η Αθήνα για τις συνεχείς τουρκικές προκλήσεις που σημειώνονται τις τελευταίες ημέρες στο Αιγαίο. -Ο αντιπρόεδρος της κυβέρνησης Θεόδωρος Πάγκαλος αφήνει ανοιχτό το ενδεχόμενο για κλείσιμο του τουρκικού προξενείου στη Θράκη. -Από πλευράς του ο υπουργός Εθνικής Άμυνας, Ευάγγελος Βενιζέλος, τόνισε: «Παρακολουθούμε με ιδιαίτερη προσοχή, με επαγρύπνηση, όλα όσα συμβαίνουν στο Αιγαίο και την Ανατολική Μεσόγειο. Καταγράφουμε τις καταστάσεις, χωρίς ούτε να τις υποβαθμίζουμε, ούτε να τις διογκώνουμε τεχνητά. Δεν έχουμε εξαρτημένα αντανακλαστικά, δεν τρέχουμε πίσω από προκλήσεις, πάντα έχουμε έναν σταθερό άξονα. Την ειρήνη στην περιοχή που προκύπτει μέσα από τον σεβασμό του Διεθνούς Δικαίου, της εθνικής κυριαρχίας, των υφισταμένων συνόρων, των κυριαρχικών δικαιωμάτων και των διοικητικών αρμοδιοτήτων που έχουν αναγνωριστεί από διεθνείς συμβάσεις ή αποφάσεις διεθνών οργανισμών». -«Στέλνουμε και πάλι προς τους γείτονες μήνυμα συνεργασίας, σταθερότητας, αλληλοκατανόησης, αλλά δεν πρέπει να μείνουμε στο επίπεδο της ρητορείας. Να προχωρούμε σε πράξεις και πρωτοβουλίες», πρόσθεσε ο κ. Βενιζέλος. -Οι Τούρκοι, ωστόσο, προκαλούν και μέσω των Σκοπίων. Ο υπουργός Εξωτερικών της Τουρκίας, κατά την επίσκεψή του στα Σκόπια, εξέφρασε τη σταθερή υποστήριξη της Άγκυρας στην ευρωατλαντική προοπτική της FYROM, με το συνταγματικό της όνομα. –

** «Η ΕΕ στάθηκε στο ύψος των περιστάσεων»

Πάρα πολύ ικανοποιητική χαρακτήρισε σε δηλώσεις του ο πρωθυπουργός Γιώργος Παπανδρέου την απόφαση της σύστασης μηχανισμού στήριξης της ελληνικής οικονομίας από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση με συμμετοχή του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου.
Πάρα πολύ ικανοποιητική χαρακτήρισε σε δηλώσεις του ο πρωθυπουργός Γιώργος Παπανδρέου την απόφαση της σύστασης μηχανισμού στήριξης της ελληνικής οικονομίας από την Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση με συμμετοχή του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου. Ο πρωθυπουργός δήλωσε πως απέναντι σε μια τεράστια πρόκληση η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση στάθηκε στο ύψος των περιστάσεων και με τη ληφθείσα απόφαση οι Ευρωπαίοι ηγέτες προστατεύουν το κοινό νόμισμα. «Η Ελλάδα και η Ευρώπη βγαίνουν πιο ισχυρές μέσα από αυτήν την κρίση», ανέφερε χαρακτηριστικά. «Ως κυβέρνηση κινηθήκαμε με σύνεση, προσοχή και αποφασιστικότητα», δήλωσε ο κ. Παπανδρέου και συνέχισε: «Μαζί πείσαμε τους διεθνείς και τους Ευρωπαίους εταίρους μας ότι έχουν να κάνουν πλέον με μια Ελλάδα αξιόπιστη, που κινείται με σχέδιο και στρατηγική. Φτάσαμε σε μια απόφαση πολύ ικανοποιητική που θεσπίζει έναν ευρωπαϊκό μηχανισμό με μειοψηφική συμμετοχή του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου που εγγυάται τη χρηματοπιστωτική σταθερότητα στην Ευρωζώνη». Επιπλέον, ο Γιώργος Παπανδρέου αναφέρθηκε στην απόφαση-ανάσα της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας «να παρατείνει το ευνοϊκό καθεστώς που διέπει τα ενέχυρα, τα οποία δέχεται η ίδια από τις ελληνικές τράπεζες - και αυτό στηρίζει την προσπάθεια που κάνουμε». «Είμαστε αποφασισμένοι, δήλωσε ο πρωθυπουργός, να αντιμετωπίσουμε το δημοσιονομικό πρόβλημα της χώρας και το κάνουμε, αλλά όχι μόνο αυτό. Είναι μια σημαντική απόφαση αυτή που πήραμε σήμερα και, συμβολικά, στην Εθνική μας Εορτή», κατέληξε ο πρωθυπουργός. «Μας καλύπτει το γαλλογερμανικό σχέδιο» Το σχέδιο απόφασης της συνόδου κορυφής που προβλέπει τη σύσταση μηχανισμού κατά βάση ευρωπαϊκού για τη στήριξη της ελληνικής οικονομίας με συμμετοχή του ΔΝΤ καλύπτει πλήρως την ελληνική κυβέρνηση, είχε δηλώσει νωρίτερα ο Γιώργος Πεταλωτής. «Είναι θετικό ότι υπάρχει σχέδιο απόφασης που θεωρούμε ότι μας καλύπτει πλήρως», ανέφερε ο κυβερνητικός εκπρόσωπος μιλώντας με τους δημοσιογράφους το απόγευμα της Πέμπτης στις Βρυξέλλες, προσθέτοντας ότι η «απόφαση θα προβλέπει την δημιουργία μηχανισμού κατά βάση ευρωπαϊκού, με συμμετοχή του Διεθνούς Νομισματικού Ταμείου». «Θεωρούμε ότι η δημιουργία μηχανισμού είναι μήνυμα σταθερότητας που θα έχει επιπτώσεις και στην ελληνική οικονομία» είπε ο κ. Πεταλωτής. Ερωτηθείς σχετικά, δήλωσε πως «ζητούσαμε (δημιουργία) μηχανισμού στήριξης και ήταν αναμενόμενο ότι θα συμμετείχε το ΔΝΤ». Ως προς το αν ο Έλληνας πρωθυπουργός αποδέχθηκε κείμενο που είχαν συμφωνήσει και διαμορφώσει οι Μέρκελ και Σαρκοζί, ο κ. Πεταλωτής είπε ότι «το πνεύμα και οι θέσεις μας είχαν γνωστοποιηθεί στις δύο πλευρές που ανέλαβαν την σύνταξη του σχεδίου, το οποίο ανακοινώθηκε σε σύσκεψη που είχαν στη συνέχεια οι κκ Παπανδρέου, Μέρκελ, Σαρκοζί, Τρισέ, και βαν Ρομπέ.

Ayn Rand(1905-1982), forerunner of venitism, pointed out that a mixed economy is a mixture of freedom and controls — with no principles, rules, or theories to define either. Since the introduction of controls necessitates and leads to further controls, it is an unstable, explosive mixture which, ultimately, has to repeal the controls or collapse into dictatorship. A mixed economy has no principles to define its policies, its goals, its laws — no principles to limit the power of its government. The only principle of a mixed economy — which, necessarily, has to remain unnamed and unacknowledged — is that no one's interests are safe, everyone's interests are on a public auction block, and anything goes for anyone who can get away with it. Such a system — or, more precisely, anti-system — breaks up a country into an ever-growing number of enemy camps, into economic groups fighting one another for self preservation in an indeterminate mixture of defense and offense, as the nature of such a jungle demands. While, politically, a mixed economy preserves the semblance of an organized society with a semblance of law and order, economically it is the equivalent of the chaos that had ruled China for centuries: a chaos of robber gangs looting and draining the productive elements of the country.A mixed economy is rule by pressure groups. A proper education provides students with knowledge of the facts, and more importantly, knowledge of how to gain new facts in order to live and pursue values.Public education, by definition, cannot meet the goals of a proper education.
