ΑθήναΝα συνεκτιμάται και η γνώμη του τέκνου, όταν τα δικαστήρια ρυθμίζουν θέματα γονικής μέριμνας, έκρινε ο Αρειος Πάγος με την υπ'αριθμ. 201/2010 απόφασή του.«Το αρμόδιο δικαστήριο, προκειμένου επί διακοπής της συμβιώσεως των συζύγων, να ρυθμίσει τη γονική μέριμνα, πρέπει να ζητεί και να συνεκτιμά και τη γνώμη του τέκνου, εφόσον κρίνει ότι έχει την απαιτούμενη ωριμότητα. » Δηλαδή, έχει την ικανότητα να αντιληφθεί το συμφέρον του. Για την κρίση του δε αυτή, ως προς την ύπαρξη ή μη τέτοιας ωριμότητας, που σχηματίζεται από την ελεύθερη εκτίμηση των αποδείξεων, ούτε ειδική αιτιολογία απαιτείται, ούτε αναιρετικός έλεγχος επιτρέπεται, αφού αυτή αποτελεί εκτίμησης πραγματικού γεγονότος» προσθέτει ο Άρειος Πάγος.Σύμφωνα με το ιστορικό της υπόθεσης, μετά τη λύση του γάμου κρίθηκε από τα δικαστήρια ότι για το συμφέρον του 7χρονου ανήλικου παιδιού επιβάλλεται να παραμείνει με τη μητέρα του στην Ελλάδα, χωρίς ωστόσο να ζητηθεί η γνώμη του παιδιού. Το Εφετείο έκρινε ότι λόγω της ηλικίας του δεν έχει την δυνατότητα να αντιληφθεί το πραγματικό συμφέρον του και να εκφράσει τη γνώμη του με ποιον από τους δύο γονείς επιθυμεί να παραμείνει.Το Εφετείο εν συνεχεία απέρριψε την αγωγή του πατέρα που ζητούσε να του ανατεθεί αποκλειστικά η επιμέλεια του ανήλικου παιδιού.Παράλληλα, ο Άρειος Πάγος με την υπ' αριθμ. 204/2010 απόφασή του αποφάσισε ότι για να μην είναι αόριστη η αγωγή «περί διατροφής τέκνου» πρέπει να αναφέρονται σε αυτήν «η αδυναμία του ανηλίκου τέκνου να διατρέφει τον εαυτό του από τα εισοδήματα της περιουσίας ή από το προϊόν της εργασίας του, τα περιουσιακά στοιχεία του εναγομένου γονέα και το χρηματικό ποσό που χρειάζεται το τέκνο για την διατροφή του, με βάση τις ανάγκες του, όπως αυτές προκύπτουν από τις συνθήκες ζωής του, χωρίς να απαιτείται να εκτίθενται και οι οικονομικές δυνάμεις του άλλου γονέα».

You have to ask your kith and kin to bring you toilet paper and soap.Two Britons, aged 23 and 18, were arrested with their mother and stepfather on Sunday in Athens' historic Plaka district, under Acropolis. The brothers were beaten with batons while in custody. They had bruises on their arms and back and the younger brother also appeared in court with a black eye.Netizens cannot live properly when they are harassed by kleptocrats and cybercops. On October 18, 2010, a violent gang of six Greek police thugs broke into the home of a heroic dissident, confiscated his computer, and locked him in jail! There were no toilet facilities in his jail cell; instead, the 65-year-old dissident was provided with a small empty bottle of water to urinate in during the night. There was neither mattress nor pillow. There were wild screams of prisoners during the whole night, while the guards were watching TV in their office, pretending they were deaf! The innocent dissident had to resign from his job, and his life has been destroyed. His life has been stolen by a stupid minister. The Greek government has neither restituted nor apologized yet for this freakish behavior. Is Premier Papandreou proud of his stupid minister who initiated this inhumanity? Parliament recognises the need to respect and accommodate radically different legal approaches and constitutional traditions of Fourth Reich Member States, but stresses that it is necessary to address the adverse legal consequences for citizens arising from this divergence, which should not constitute a barrier to the further development of European law.MEPs assert the European Commission must ensure that the Stockholm freedom, security and justice Action Plan truly reflects the needs of individual citizens and business, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, for more Europe (in respect of mobility, employment rights, the needs of business, equal opportunities), while promoting legal certainty and access to rapid and efficient justice. On the right to free movement, MEPs call for further efforts to reduce barriers for citizens, particularly those preventing them from obtaining social benefits to which they are entitled or from exercising their right to vote in municipal elections.A European judicial culture, created through proper legal education and training, is needed to foster the ability to comprehend and manage differences among the Fourth Reich Member States' 27 different legal systems, say MEPs. The Erasmus-style exchange programmes proposed in the Action Plan should be just one of a series of initiatives fostering communication between national and European courts.MEPs propose that regular cross-border forum meetings be arranged for judges in areas of law where cross-border issues frequently arise, such as commercial, family and personal injury cases, to discuss areas of legal controversy or difficulty. In the longer term, "lawyers should be required to have a working knowledge of at least one other Union language", they add.In UK, police is considered a friend of the people, whereas in Greece, police is considered an enemy of the people. Chinese dissident Liu Xiaobo is now the only Nobel winner to remain in jail. The Chinese government has tried to dissuade diplomats from attending the Nobel award ceremony on 10 December in Oslo and has prevented several Chinese human rights activists from leaving the country in case they go to Oslo. Liu's wife, Liu Xia, is still under house arrest while his brothers are pessimistic about their chances of being able to travel. Liu has also been denied a monthly visit by relatives. Mo Shaoping, a human rights lawyer who supports Liu, is among those who have been prevented from travelling abroad.The Nobel Committee could as a result find itself unable to hand over this year's peace prize, said one of its leading members, Geir Lundestad, describing Liu as one of the most important Nobels in history.The authorities are also continuing to arrest Liu supporters. Guo Xianliang, an Internet writer known as the Tianshan Hermit has been detained in the southern city of Guangzhou for distributing leaflets referring to Liu in the city's parks and streets. Li Hai, a member of the Independent Chinese PEN Centre, was arrested on 30 October. He must "be freed," so that he "can do for us" what he knows "is best." And Senator Clark of Pennsylvania, another articulate spokesman, defines liberalism as "meeting the material needs of the masses through the full power of centralized government." Well, I, for one, resent it when a representative of the people refers to you and me, the free men and women of this country, as "the masses." This is a term we haven't applied to ourselves in America. But beyond that, "the full power of centralized government" -- this was the very thing the Founding Fathers sought to minimize. They knew that governments don't control things. A government can't control the economy without controlling people. And they know when a government sets out to do that, it must use force and coercion to achieve its purpose. They also knew, those Founding Fathers, that outside of its legitimate functions, government does nothing as well or as economically as the private sector of the economy.Every responsible farmer and farm organization has repeatedly asked the government to free the farm economy, but how -- who are farmers to know what's best for them? The wheat farmers voted against a wheat program. The government passed it anyway. Now the price of bread goes up; the price of wheat to the farmer goes down.Meanwhile, back in the city, under urban renewal the assault on freedom carries on. Private property rights are so diluted that public interest is almost anything a few government planners decide it should be. In a program that takes from the needy and gives to the greedy, we see such spectacles as in Cleveland, Ohio, a multi-million-dollar building completed only three years ago must be destroyed to make way for what government officials call a more compatible use of the land. The President tells us he's now going to start building public housing units in the thousands, where heretofore we've only built them in the hundreds. But FHA (Federal Housing Authority) and the Veterans Administration tell us they have 120,000 housing units they've taken back through mortgage foreclosure. For three decades, we've sought to solve the problems of unemployment through government planning, and the more the plans fail, the more the planners plan. The latest is the Area Redevelopment Agency.They've just declared Rice County, Kansas, a depressed area. Rice County, Kansas, has two hundred oil wells, and the 14,000 people there have over 30 million dollars on deposit in personal savings in their banks. And when the government tells you you're depressed, lie down and be depressed.We have so many people who can't see a fat man standing beside a thin one without coming to the conclusion the fat man got that way by taking advantage of the thin one. So they're going to solve all the problems of human misery through government and government planning. Well, now, if government planning and welfare had the answer, and they've had almost 30 years of it, shouldn't we expect government to read the score to us once in a while? Shouldn't they be telling us about the decline each year in the number of people needing help? The reduction in the need for public housing?But the reverse is true. Each year the need grows greater; the program grows greater. We were told four years ago that 17 million people went to bed hungry each night. Well that was probably true. They were all on a diet. But seriously, what are we doing to those we seek to help? Not too long ago, a judge called me here in Los Angeles. He told me of a young woman who'd come before him for a divorce. She had six children, was pregnant with her seventh. Under his questioning, she revealed her husband was a laborer earning 250 dollars a month. She wanted a divorce to get an 80 dollar raise. She's eligible for 330 dollars a month in the Aid to Dependent Children Program. She got the idea from two women in her neighborhood who'd already done that very thing.Yet anytime you and I question the schemes of the do-gooders, we're denounced as being against their humanitarian goals. They say we're always "against" things -- we're never "for" anything. Well, the trouble with our liberal friends is not that they're ignorant; it's just that they know so much that isn't so. Now -- we're for a provision that destitution should not follow unemployment by reason of old age, and to that end we've accepted Social Security as a step toward meeting the problem.At the same time, can't we introduce voluntary features that would permit a citizen who can do better on his own to be excused upon presentation of evidence that he had made provision for the non-earning years? Should we not allow a widow with children to work, and not lose the benefits supposedly paid for by her deceased husband? Shouldn't you and I be allowed to declare who our beneficiaries will be under this program, which we cannot do? I think we're for telling our senior citizens that no one in this country should be denied medical care because of a lack of funds. But I think we're against forcing all citizens, regardless of need, into a compulsory government program, especially when we have such examples, as was announced last week, when France admitted that their Medicare program is now bankrupt. They've come to the end of the road.I think we're for an international organization, where the nations of the world can seek peace. But I think we're against subordinating American interests to an organization that has become so structurally unsound that today you can muster a two-thirds vote on the floor of the General Assembly among nations that represent less than 10 percent of the world's population. **ROTHBARDIAN ANARCHY IS THE BEST POLITICAL SYSTEM!‏ :
The cradle of democracy has become the cradle of kleptocracy. Since democracy has deteriorated to kleptocracy, especially in Greece, the most corrupt country on Earth, citizens now consider anarchy. Murray Rothbard defines the state as that institution which possesses one of the following properties: it acquires its income by the physical coercion known as taxation; and it asserts and usually obtains a coerced monopoly of the provision of defense service over a given territorial area. Anarchist society is one where there is no legal possibility for coercive aggression against the person or property of an individual. Anarchists oppose the state because it has its very being in such aggression, namely, the expropriation of private property through taxation, the coercive exclusion of other providers of defense service from its territory, and all of the other depredations and coercions that are built upon these twin foci of invasions of individual rights.The Rothbardian definition of the state is not arbitrary, for these two characteristics have been possessed by what is generally acknowledged to be states throughout recorded history. The state, by its use of physical coercion, has arrogated to itself a compulsory monopoly of defense services over its territorial jurisdiction. But it is certainly conceptually possible for such services to be supplied by private, non-state institutions, and indeed such services have historically been supplied by other organizations than the state. To be opposed to the state is then not necessarily to be opposed to services that have often been linked with it; to be opposed to the state does not necessarily imply that we must be opposed to police protection, courts, arbitration, the minting of money, postal service, or roads and highways. Some anarchists have indeed been opposed to police and to all physical coercion in defense of person and property, but this is not inherent in and is fundamentally irrelevant to the anarchist position, which is precisely marked by opposition to all physical coercion invasive of, or aggressing against, person and property.The crucial role of taxation may be seen in the fact that the state is the only institution or organization in society which regularly and systematically acquires its income through the use of physical coercion. All other individuals or organizations acquire their income voluntarily, either through the voluntary sale of goods and services to consumers on the market, or through voluntary gifts or donations by members or other donors. If I cease or refrain from purchasing Wheaties on the market, the Wheaties producers do not come after me with a gun or the threat of imprisonment to force me to purchase; if I fail to join the American Philosophical Association, the association may not force me to join or prevent me from giving up my membership. Only the state can do so; only the state can confiscate my property or put me in jail if I do not pay its tax tribute. Therefore, only the state regularly exists and has its very being by means of coercive depredations on private property.Neither is it legitimate to challenge this sort of analysis by claiming that in some other sense, the purchase of Wheaties or membership in the APA is in some way coercive. Anyone who is still unhappy with this use of the term coercion can simply eliminate the word from this discussion and substitute for it physical violence or the threat thereof, with the only loss being in literary style rather than in the substance of the argument. What anarchism proposes to do, then, is to abolish the state, that is, to abolish the regularized institution of aggressive coercion.It need hardly be added that the state habitually builds upon its coercive source of income by adding a host of other aggressions upon society, ranging from economic controls to the prohibition of pornography to the compelling of religious observance to the mass murder of civilians in organized warfare. In short, the state claims and exercises a monopoly of crime over its territorial area. The second criticism Rothbard would like to defuse is the common charge that anarchists assume that all people are good and that without the state no crime would be committed. In short, that anarchism assumes that with the abolition of the state a New Anarchist Man will emerge, cooperative, humane, and benevolent, so that no problem of crime will then plague the society. Rothbard confesses that he does not understand the basis for this charge. Whatever other schools of anarchism profess – and Rothbard does not believe that they are open to the charge – he certainly does not adopt this view. Rothbard assumes with most observers that mankind is a mixture of good and evil, of cooperative and criminal tendencies. In Rothbard's view, the anarchist society is one which maximizes the tendencies for the good and the cooperative, while it minimizes both the opportunity and the moral legitimacy of the evil and the criminal. If the anarchist view is correct and the state is indeed the great legalized and socially legitimated channel for all manner of antisocial crime – theft, oppression, mass murder – on a massive scale, then surely the abolition of such an engine of crime can do nothing but favor the good in man and discourage the bad. In a profound sense, no social system, whether anarchist or statist, can work at all unless most people are good in the sense that they are not all hell-bent upon assaulting and robbing their neighbors. If everyone were so disposed, no amount of protection, whether state or private, could succeed in staving off chaos. Furthermore, the more that people are disposed to be peaceful and not aggress against their neighbors, the more successfully any social system will work, and the fewer resources will need to be devoted to police protection. The anarchist view holds that, given the nature of man, given the degree of goodness or badness at any point in time, anarchism will maximize the opportunities for the good and minimize the channels for the bad. The rest depends on the values held by the individual members of society. The only further point that needs to be made is that by eliminating the living example and the social legitimacy of the massive legalized crime of the state, anarchism will to a large extent promote peaceful values in the minds of the public.Many people think the state is vitally necessary to provide police protection, the judicial resolution of disputes and enforcement of contracts, and the creation of the law itself that is to be enforced. Rothbard's contention is that all of these admittedly necessary services of protection can be satisfactorily and efficiently supplied by private persons and institutions on the free market.One important caveat: new proposals such as anarchism are almost always gauged against the implicit assumption that the present, or statist system works to perfection. Any lacunae or difficulties with the picture of the anarchist society are considered net liabilities, and enough to dismiss anarchism out of hand. It is, in short, implicitly assumed that the state is doing its self-assumed job of protecting person and property to perfection. We cannot here go into the reasons why the state is bound to suffer inherently from grave flaws and inefficiencies in such a task. All we need do now is to point to the black and unprecedented record of the state through history: no combination of private marauders can possibly begin to match the state's unremitting record of theft, confiscation, oppression, and mass murder. No collection of Mafia or private bank robbers can begin to compare with all the Hiroshimas, Dresdens, and Lidices and their analogues through the history of mankind.It is illegitimate to compare the merits of anarchism and statism by starting with the present system as the implicit given and then critically examining only the anarchist alternative. What we must do is to begin at the zero point and then critically examine both suggested alternatives. Suppose, for example, that we were all suddenly dropped down on the earth de novo and that we were all then confronted with the question of what societal arrangements to adopt. And suppose then that someone suggested: "We are all bound to suffer from those of us who wish to aggress against their fellow men. Let us then solve this problem of crime by handing all of our weapons to the Jones family, over there, by giving all of our ultimate power to settle disputes to that family. In that way, with their monopoly of coercion and of ultimate decision making, the Jones family will be able to protect each of us from each other." Rothbard submits that this proposal would get very short shrift, except perhaps from the Jones family themselves. And yet this is precisely the common argument for the existence of the state. When we start from zero point, as in the case of the Jones family, the question of "who will guard the guardians?" becomes not simply an abiding lacuna in the theory of the state but an overwhelming barrier to its existence.The anarchist is always at a disadvantage in attempting to forecast the shape of the future anarchist society. For it is impossible for observers to predict voluntary social arrangements, including the provision of goods and services, on the free market. Suppose, for example, that this were the year 1874 and that someone predicted that eventually there would be a radio-manufacturing industry. To be able to make such a forecast successfully, does he have to be challenged to state immediately how many radio manufacturers there would be a century hence, how big they would be, where they would be located, what technology and marketing techniques they would use, and so on? Obviously, such a challenge would make no sense, and in a profound sense the same is true of those who demand a precise portrayal of the pattern of protection activities on the market. Anarchism advocates the dissolution of the state into social and market arrangements, and these arrangements are far more flexible and less predictable than political institutions. The most that we can do, then, is to offer broad guidelines and perspectives on the shape of a projected anarchist society.One important point to make here is that the advance of modern technology makes anarchistic arrangements increasingly feasible. Take, for example, the case of lighthouses, where it is often charged that it is unfeasible for private lighthouse operators to row out to each ship to charge it for use of the light. Apart from the fact that this argument ignores the successful existence of private lighthouses in earlier days, as in England in the eighteenth century, another vital consideration is that modern electronic technology makes charging each ship for the light far more feasible. Thus, the ship would have to have paid for an electronically controlled beam which could then be automatically turned on for those ships which had paid for the service.Smart words are more effective than smart bombs! A distinguished Greek-American professor was brutally harassed by the Greek Ministry of Foreign Affairs on October 18, 2010; this terrible incident was broadcast allover Greece, but Papandreou heard and saw nothing! Selective hearing is a symptom of the cancer of socialism!The Greek Ministry of Justice is a euphemism for the Greek Ministry of Injustice, aka Kangaroo Ministry! It's justice proceeding by leaps, like a kangaroo. Graecokleptocrats enjoy impunity, whereas citizens suffer from perjury. Police thugs are the main perjurers. Public prosecutors pick up either very easy targets of poor people who cannot afford defense to justify a quota system or very large targets to get publicity, in order to develop a political career. There is no independence of justice in Greece, and perjurers are dime a dozen.The huge Greek judiciary corruption complements the huge political corruption. Extrajudicial rings of judges, clergy, and kleptocrats manipulate the Greek justice system. Many judges have been found guilty for participating in trial-fixing rackets and sentenced to many months of imprisonment. Judge Antonia Ilia got eighty months, judge Panagiota Tsevis got sixty months, and judge Anna Korovessi got thirteen months.Greece's criminal justice system is very slow and ineffective, losing files and protecting kleptocracy and police brutality. The European Court of Justice has ruled against Greece myriad times in cases related to the terrible Greek judiciary. For many years, there have been substantial loopholes of Greek laws. The judiciary systematically covers up corruption cases the minute they involve civil servants or kleptocrats. Since taking office in 2004, Leandros Rakintzis, General Inspector of Public Administration, has reported five hundred cases of embezzlement, abuse of office, bribery, and corruption to investigators. Nevertheless, his efforts have not led to the launching of a single investigation or the filing of charges. In June of 2010, Rakintzis submitted a formal complaint to the chief public prosecutor attached to Areios Pagos, the supreme court of Greece, pointing out that there had been no movement whatsoever on any of the cases he had reported. The prosecutor gave Rakintzis a deadline by which he was to provide additional concrete details to back his charges. He did so a month later and added another thousand cases to the list. He has not received a response yet!Lesmiserables syndrome is the prosecution of a minor infraction which catalyzes a series of major infractions. Innocent people suffer from lesmiserables syndrome, whereas kleptocrats enjoy impunity. Jails are full of lesmiserables, an injustice which will result in a global revolt against kleptocrats. There is an elasticity limit to how much abuse innocent people could tolerate. On a clear day, xasteria, lesmiserables and taxstrucks will take their guns and shoot all kleptocrats they could find. Lesmiserables do not need misereres, but guns. We've reached the limit of elasticity, and now is the time to revolt.Every day, new laws are created that make the yoke on citizens much heavier. Every new law is a new constraint on activity. This cannot go forever. Eventually people will revolt. To make it in life, you have to take risks. But this shakes the status quo of kleptocrats, who might send you to jail! Kleptocrats want you to live a monotonous boring life, enslaved to kleptocratic wishes, under the statist yoke. But this kind of life is not worth living.Any society that lets kids grow up dependent on government welfare, attending government schools that fail to teach, and entering an economy where government policy has crushed opportunity, will be a society that breeds criminals. No permanent solution to crime will be found until we address these root causes of crime.Libertarians would increase employment opportunities by slashing taxes and government red tape. They would also end the welfare system with its culture of dependence and hopelessness. Most important of all, they would promote low-cost private alternatives to the failed government school system.-

** CANCER OF POLICE BRUTALITY HAS SPREAD FROM GREECE TO AMERICA!‏ :
Journalist Kaelyn Forde and her cameraman Jonathan Conway were arrested while covering protests near the Fort Benning military base in Georgia of USA on 22 November. KNGU Local community radio intern Cecelia Kluding was also arrested despite having press credentials.Here is Kaelyn Forde's account of what happened:"We were covering the demonstration and vigil outside of Fort Benning, where the Western Hemisphere Institute for Security Cooperation/School of the Americas, is located. We were not protesting and we were wearing our press credentials. We had also interviewed the police captain in the morning, clearly identifying ourselves as members of the media.When the protest ended, we began filming the activists leaving the permitted protest zone and filing single-file onto the sidewalk. We were asked by the police to move from the street onto the sidewalk, which we did. My observation was that the protesters also followed the police's instructions to exit single-file along the sidewalk. But we continued to film as some of those who were walking by were getting arrested. Then the police asked us to go to the sidewalk to film. At this point, we were standing in the parking lot of a gas station. We also complied and moved to the sidewalk.My cameraman was still filming as I was walking away, my back toward the police, when I felt a hand grabbing me from behind. That is when I was arrested. My cameraman filmed my arrest and then was arrested himself a few minutes later.When we got into a city bus the police were using to transport arrestees, we asked the police officers what the charges were against us. None of them wanted to answer us, though we repeatedly asked. Finally, one police officer said: "No charge. The ride is free," and began laughing.We were fingerprinted, photographed, and our personal belongings were taken from us, including our cameras, tapes and equipment. We were put in a holding cell with other protesters. One of the women there needed her medication and the police ignored it, despite her multiple requests. She almost had a seizure on the floor. Another woman suffered an asthma attack. She had her hands around her neck and was on the floor, unable to breathe. Myself and another reporter asked for her inhaler to be returned to her. She didn't receive it until at least 11 hours later.Our bail was set 10 times higher than normal bail for Muscogee County Jail; my bail was $4,100 dollars, as opposed to the typical $200 to $300 for misdemeanor charges. We were told we would be spending the night in jail. We were issued mattresses, cups, a towel and put in with the general inmate population.Then, we were told that we would be able to speak to a lawyer before the arraignment began. I showed my lawyer my press credentials, and he presented them to the judge. The three charges filed against me were: * unlawful assembly (a state charge) * demonstrating without permit (a city ordinance violation)* failure to disperse (a city ordinance violation)This was pretty incredible. During the arraignment, we were just taken in and out one by one, for only about a minute and thirty seconds at a time. I was asked to leave the room and was not permitted to hear the statement the police made against me. I could not speak or defend myself during the arraignment and I was not even allowed to talk to my lawyer since a police officers stood right between us.It took the judges three hours and a half to watch the videos which were taken of my arrest by police, bystanders and another journalist. Though the video proved I was innocent and I was clearly displaying my press credentials, I, along with all of the other journalists and activists, was found guilty of every charge. There was no distinction made between members of the press and activists. I was told the only way to leave the jail was to accept the guilty verdict and pay a $290 fine per charge for violating city ordinance. So did my cameraman, Jonathan Conway. We were also released on $1,000 bail for the state charge of "unlawful assembly," which is still pending.We were not protesters. We repeatedly identified ourselves as members of the press, exercising our First Amendment rights. We were still arrested for protesting. Another 17 year-old-girl, who was doing an internship with a community radio station, was also arrested and found guilty of demonstrating without a permit, despite her credentials. The judge also announced that certain defendants were banned from the city of Columbus for 18 months.I thought that this would never happen in my country, and that the 1st Amendment protects us. But the only thing our lawyers could negotiate was jail time, and we were forced to accept a guilty verdict without any sort of due process whatsoever. As journalists, our freedoms were under attack."It looks like the cancer of police brutality has spread from Greece to America! On October 18, 2010, a violent gang of six Greek police thugs broke into the home of a heroic dissident, confiscated his computer, and locked him in jail! There were no toilet facilities in his jail cell; instead, the 65-year-old dissident was provided with a small empty bottle of water to urinate in during the night. There was neither mattress nor pillow. There were wild screams of prisoners during the whole night, while the guards were watching TV in their office, pretending they were deaf! The innocent dissident had to resign from his job, and his life has been destroyed. His life has been stolen by a stupid minister. The Greek government has neither restituted nor apologized yet for this freakish behavior. Is Premier Papandreou proud of his stupid minister who initiated this inhumanity? In UK, police is considered a friend of the people, whereas in Greece, police is considered an enemy of the people. The Greek Ministry of Citizen Protection is a euphemism for the Greek Ministry of Kleptocrat Protection and Citizen Harassment, George Orwell's Miniluv! Graecokleptocrats use their brutal police to protect themselves from the Greek people. Major global riots against police brutality started on December 6, 2008, when Alexis Grigoropoulos, a 15-year-old student, was fatally shot by a police officer without any reason. December 6 is now the International Day Against Police Brutality.-

Vatican City is a landlocked sovereign city-state whose territory consists of a walled enclave within the city of Rome.Now, Catalan wants independence from Spain; California, Texas, and New York City want independence from USA; Europeans want independence from Fourth Reich(EU); England, Scotland, and Wales want independence from UK; Athenians want independence from Graecokleptocrats!The smaller the state, the better it is. The ideal limit is the one-person state, aka anarchy! The cradle of democracy has become the cradle of kleptocracy. The Greek government has neither restituted nor apologized yet for this freakish behavior. Is Premier Papandreou proud of his stupid minister who initiated this inhumanity? Wherever kleptocrats and their police thugs kill, we must be prepared to respond. Police freaks must know that we are watching them. They must know that if they kill us, there will be real consequences in the streets. We recognize that kleptocrats' laws are not on our side. But in the spirit of Winston Churchill, we shall fight police freaks on the beaches, we shall fight police thugs on all grounds, we shall fight police brutes in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight police criminals in the hills, and we shall never surrender to kleptocrats. Greece is a zombie state standing on its feet with bailouts from Northern Fourthreichians, who take a condescending view of Greeks. Θέμα: Ανοιξαν τις πύλες της κολάσεως
Αφ’ ης στιγμής η κυβέρνηση έχει υπογράψει αυτά τα πράγματα χωρίς καμία επιφύλαξη, δεν υπάρχει περίπτωση η ΕΕ και το ΔΝΤ να μην απαιτήσουν τελικά την πλήρη και άνευ όρων εφαρμογή τους, ακόμη και αν τώρα επιτρέψουν στην κυβέρνηση να διατηρήσει κάποιο φύλλο συκής για μερικούς μήνες προκειμένου να τη διευκολύνουν να περάσει αυτό το εφιαλτικό μέτρο. Eνα μέτρο το οποίο θα αλλάξει για πάντα τη ζωή των εργαζομένων στη χώρα μας, καταβαραθρώνοντας τους μισθούς και το βιοτικό τους επίπεδο. Είναι όντως αποκαρδιωτικό το φαινόμενο να εφαρμόζει μια τέτοια πολιτική η κυβέρνηση Παπανδρέου, την οποία έφεραν θριαμβευτικά στην εξουσία πρωτίστως οι εργαζόμενοι και τα υπόλοιπα ασθενέστερα οικονομικά στρώματα, πιστεύοντας τις διακηρύξεις της για καλυτέρευση της ζωής τους.ΤΡΟΪΚΑΝοοτροπία κατακτητώνΑΠΑΓΟΡΕΥΣΑΝ τη χρήση της... ελληνικής (!) γλώσσας οι «γκαουλάιτερ» της τρόικας της ΕΕ, του ΔΝΤ και της ΕΚΤ στη συνέντευξη Τύπου που έδωσαν χθες στην Αθήνα. Αρνήθηκαν να παραστεί διερμηνέας, απαιτώντας οι Ελληνες δημοσιογράφοι να τους απευθύνονται μόνο στα αγγλικά και αγνόησαν επιδεικτικά ερώτηση που υποβλήθηκε στα ελληνικά! Προφανώς οι υπάλληλοι της ΕΕ και του ΔΝΤ αισθάνονται ότι απολαμβάνουν εξουσιών αντίστοιχων με εκείνες της... γερμανικής «κομαντατούρας» κατά τη διάρκεια της ναζιστικής κατοχής! Αφού όμως αυτή η βαθύτατα ταπεινωτική για την Ελλάδα συμπεριφορά τους γίνεται ανεκτή, γιατί να μη συμπεριφέρονται ως κατακτητές;
