** Κατέστρεψαν τα Γραφεία του ΠΑΣΟΚ :
~
* Γυαλιά καρφιά έκαναν το μεσημέρι τα γραφεία του ΠΑΣΟΚ στα Χανιά, άτομα που συμμετείχαν σε πορεία που οργανώθηκε, στο πλαίσιο των κινητοποιήσεων κατά του μνημονίου.
* Όταν η πορεία έφθασε έξω από τα γραφεία του ΠΑΣΟΚ στην οδό Κυδωνίας, ομάδα νεαρών, αφού παραβίασε την κεντρική είσοδο των γραφείων μπήκε μέσα και κατάστρεψε ότι υπήρχε μέσα.
* Οι νεαροί έσπασαν και πέταξαν στο δρόμο την πινακίδα των γραφείων. Αναποδογύρισαν γραφεία και καρέκλες κατάστρεψαν ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές, fax, τηλέφωνα τηλεοράσεις, άδειασαν ντουλάπες με έντυπο υλικό καθώς και ντοσιέ με αρχεία, ενώ έγραψαν και συνθήματα στους εσωτερικούς τοίχους των γραφείων, που θύμιζαν βομβαρδισμένο τοπίο, καθώς τα πάντα είχαν καταστραφεί.
* Την ώρα της εισβολής, στα γραφεία δεν υπήρχαν εργαζόμενοι, ενώ το μεσημέρι, μέλη της Νομαρχιακής Επιτροπής του ΠΑΣΟΚ κλήθηκαν στην αστυνομία προκειμένου να υποβάλουν κατάθεση.
* Στην συνέχεια, η πορεία κατευθύνθηκε προς το δημαρχείο Χανίων, το οποίο βρίσκεται στον ίδιο δρόμο και οι διαδηλωτές προχώρησαν σε κατάληψη του κτιρίου.
* Ο δήμαρχος Χανίων Μανώλης Σκουλάκης, αποχώρησε από το δημαρχείο συνοδευόμενος, ενώ κατά την έξοδό του αποδοκιμάστηκε και ο τέως δήμαρχος Κυριάκος Βιρβιδάκης.
* Οι νεαροί τοποθέτησαν κάδους απορριμμάτων στον δρόμο μπροστά από το δημαρχείο και στην οδό Καραϊσκάκη, με αποτέλεσμα η κυκλοφορία να διεξάγεται από άλλους δρόμους.
* Έξω από το δημαρχείο έχουν αναρτήσει πανώ, και έχουν γράψει συνθήματα κατά του μνημονίου.
** Αποπνικτική η κατάσταση από τα δακρυγόνα

* Μέχρι στιγμής έχουν συλληφθεί τρία άτομα ενώ έχουν γίνει μέχρι αυτή την ώρα 26 προσαγωγές. Κατά τη διάρκεια των επεισοδίων έχουν τραυματιστεί 19 αστυνομικοί.
** ΔΕΙΤΕ: Δε σταματούν τα επεισόδια
* Έκρυθμη παραμένει η κατάσταση στην πλατεία Συντάγματος και στους γύρω δρόμους. Τα επεισόδια έχουν ξεκινήσει εδώ και περίπου τρεις ώρες και δεν έχουν σταματήσει ούτε λεπτό.
* Μπορεί μια εστία έντασης να μειώνεται κάποια στιγμή αλλά κάπου αλλού ξεφυτρώνει μια άλλη. Μολότοφ, πετροπόλεμος, χημικά συνθέτουν το πολεμικό σκηνικό…

~ * Από τους βουλευτές του ΠΑ.ΣΟ.Κ. οι οποίοι αμφισβήτησαν τις τελευταίες ημέρες το Μεσοπρόθεσμο και μιλούσαν ευθέως για την πρόθεσή τους να το καταψηφίσουν, μόνον ο Παναγιώτης Κουρουπλής, βουλευτής Αιτωλοακαρνανίας, το έπραξε. Ο βουλευτής Κοζάνης Αλέξανδρος Αναστασιάδης, με έναν απίστευτο ελιγμό της τελευταίας στιγμής, ψήφισε «ναι», όπως «ναι» ψήφισε και η βουλευτής Θεσσαλονίκης Χρύσα Αράπογλου. Υπέρ του νομοσχεδίου και ο Θωμάς Ρομπόπουλος, ο οποίος απασχόλησε την κοινή γνώμη με τις αναρίθμητες εναλλαγές των προθέσεών του. Κατά του Μεσοπρόθεσμου ψήφισαν οι βουλευτές του Κ.Κ.Ε., του ΛΑ.Ο.Σ. και του ΣΥ.ΡΙΖ.Α..

***Ομιλία Αντιπροέδρου της Κυβέρνησης και Υπουργού Οικονομικών κ. Ευάγγελου Βενιζέλου πριν την ψηφοφορία
~
** Συζήτηση επί της αρχής των άρθρων και του συνόλου του σχεδίου νόμου του Υπουργείου Οικονομικών “Μεσοπρόθεσμο Πλαίσιο Δημοσιονομικής Στρατηγικής 2012-2015” - Κεντρική ομιλία Ευ. Βενιζέλου στη συζήτηση σ /ν του Υπ. Οικ/ “Μεσοπρόθεσμο Πλαίσιο Δημοσιονομικής Στρατηγικής 2012-2015” (τρίτη ημέρα)
* Κυρίες και κύριοι Βουλευτές, άνω σχώμεν τας καρδίας. Είναι πολύ δύσκολες και βαριές οι στιγμές. Και έχουμε όλοι συνείδηση της ευθύνης και του αναπόφευκτου θεσμικού διλήμματος που καλείται ν’ απαντήσει η Βουλή των Ελλήνων, όπως και κάθε αντιπροσωπευτικό Σώμα υπό συνθήκες οξείας κρίσης των αντιπροσωπευτικών θεσμών, όχι μόνο στην Ελλάδα, αλλά σχεδόν σε όλο τον κόσμο.
* Ιστορικά, η Δημοκρατία τους δύο τελευταίους αιώνες ή ήταν αντιπροσωπευτική ή δεν υπήρξε ποτέ πραγματικά. Αντιπροσωπευτική Δημοκρατία δεν σημαίνει ελεύθερη εντολή, δεν σημαίνει εφάπαξ νομιμοποίηση, δεν σημαίνει αδιαφορία γι’ αυτό που συμβαίνει καθημερινά στην κοινωνία και στις ψυχές και το μυαλό των πολιτών.
* Η νομιμοποίηση κατακτιέται κάθε μέρα, οι κυβερνήσεις, τα κόμματα, τα πολιτικά πρόσωπα, κρίνονται διαρκώς με πολύ αυστηρό, μερικές φορές ανυπόφορα αυστηρό τρόπο και υπό συνθήκες απόλυτης δυσπιστίας. Αλλά όταν βρισκόμαστε προ οριακών διλημμάτων, οφείλουμε να σηκώσουμε το βάρος ως αντιπροσωπευτικό σύστημα, γιατί αν δεν το σηκώσουμε, αυτοί που αμφισβητούν τη Βουλή, αυτοί που αμφισβητούν το πολιτικό σύστημα, θα βρεθούν αντιμέτωποι με πρακτικές επιπτώσεις που κανείς δεν τους λέει στην πλήρη τους διάσταση, γιατί όλοι έχουν τη διάθεση ν’ αποκρύπτουν ή να ωραιοποιούν τις καταστάσεις και τότε θα είναι αργά.
* Άρα, πρέπει να πάρουμε εμείς το βάρος και το παίρνουμε. Αυτό αφορά τους πολίτες που βρίσκονται έξω από την αίθουσα. Οι κοινωνίες είναι πολύπλοκες και αντιφατικές. Οι κοινωνίες είναι άδικες και σκληρές. Οι κοινωνίες από μόνες τους δεν παράγουν ούτε κοινωνική δικαιοσύνη, ούτε δικαιοκρατικές εγγυήσεις.
* Η κοινωνία αν αφεθεί μόνη της χωρίς Σύνταγμα, χωρίς κράτος, χωρίς δημοκρατικούς θεσμούς, μετατρέπεται σε ζούγκλα. Αναδεικνύει την ανισότητα στην πιο ακραία μορφή.
* Όλες οι μεγάλες κατακτήσεις του 19ου και του 20ού αιώνα, είναι κατακτήσεις που έχουν επιτευχθεί στο επίπεδο των θεσμών και της πολιτικής γιατί εκεί διαμορφώνονται οι ευνοϊκότεροι δυνατοί συσχετισμοί για τον πολίτη. Στην κοινωνία, στην οικονομία, στην αγορά, οι συσχετισμοί είναι πολύ πιο δυσμενείς. Γιατί εκεί ισχύουν άλλα κριτήρια. Ισχύει το κριτήριο της οικονομικής δύναμης, το κριτήριο της επικοινωνιακής ισχύος, το κριτήριο της δυνατότητας χρήσης βίας, οποιασδήποτε μορφής, υλικής ή συμβολικής.
* Στο επίπεδο της πολιτικής, στο επίπεδο της δημοκρατίας, ο αδύναμος, ο φτωχός, μπορεί να διαμορφώσει τους καλύτερους συσχετισμούς για τον εαυτό του, για την οικογένειά του και για το μέλλον του. Όλα αυτά που ακούνε στ’ όνομα “δημοκρατικό αντιπροσωπευτικό σύστημα διακυβέρνησης” είναι στην πραγματικότητα μια πάρα πολύ μεγάλη ιστορική και πολιτιστική επεξεργασία προς όφελος του απλού και αδύναμου πολίτη.
* Έξω, στους δρόμους, στις πλατείες, υπάρχει η ποικιλία και η αντιφατικότητα της κοινωνίας. Υπάρχουν αγνοί και άδολοι πολίτες που είναι αγανακτισμένοι, θα έλεγα ότι είναι φοβισμένοι, είναι ενοχλημένοι, είναι εκνευρισμένοι γιατί βιώνουν το οικονομικό πρόβλημα, βρίσκονται αντιμέτωποι με την ανεργία, με την ανέχεια, με τη μείωση του εισοδήματος, με το κλείσιμο της επιχείρησής τους, με την ανατροπή σχεδίων ζωής, με την αδυναμία να δώσουν ελπίδα στα παιδιά τους.
* Αυτοί οι πολίτες έχουν όλο το δίκιο με το μέρος τους. Αυτούς έχουμε στο μυαλό μας, σ’ αυτούς έχουμε απευθύνει την ανοιχτή πρόσκληση να μιλήσουμε και να ξαναμιλήσουμε, γιατί αν αυτοί δε μας καταλάβουν και αν τέλει αυτοί δε μας αποδεχθούν και δε μας δικαιώσουν, έχουμε χάσει το ιστορικό παιχνίδι.
* Υπάρχουν όμως δίπλα σ’ αυτούς και άλλοι, οι οποίοι έχουν δεδομένες πολιτικές απόψεις, είναι στρατευμένοι σε μια υπόθεση όπως την αντιλαμβάνονται και εξυπηρετούν έναν πολιτικό στόχο. Είναι αυτό θεμιτό δημοκρατικά; Είναι. Και αυτό το προβλέπει η Δημοκρατία.
* Υπάρχει μια ιστορική φράση, από τη γαλλική ιστορία που λέει “la légalité nous tue”, η νομιμότητα, η δημοκρατική νομιμότητα, μας σκοτώνει. Αλλά και αυτό είναι μέσα στο παιχνίδι. Όταν εμείς ερμηνεύουμε τα φαινόμενα όμως και προσπαθούμε να καταλάβουμε τι συμβαίνει, όταν προσπαθούμε να πιάσουμε τον παλμό της κατάστασης, πρέπει να κάνουμε αυτό τον απλό διαχωρισμό.
* Η Αστυνομία, λοιπόν, έχει μια εντολή από την κυβέρνηση, μία και μόνη εντολή: Να διασφαλίσει και να προστατεύσει την ελεύθερη λειτουργία του Κοινοβουλίου, που είναι ύψιστη υποχρέωση όχι μόνο της Αστυνομίας, αλλά και κάθε πολίτη και δεύτερο, να προστατεύσει το δικαίωμα των απλών πολιτών, αυτών που δε θέλουν να είναι μοναχικά εγκαταλελειμμένα και ανυπεράσπιστα θύματα της κρίσης, να διαδηλώνουν και να εκφράζονται.
* Μεταξύ των δημοκρατικών θεσμών και αυτών των απλών πολιτών που εκφράζουν την αγωνία τους και τη δυσαρέσκειά τους και την απόγνωσή τους, υπάρχει ένα άλλο στρώμα το οποίο εξυπηρετεί τη δική τους στρατηγική. Το σχήμα νομίζω είναι πάρα πολύ απλό, ευανάγνωστο. Και ο καθένας εδώ μέσα πρέπει να πει πού τοποθετείται.
* Κατά τη γνώμη μου, όλοι μπορούμε να συναντηθούμε, όλοι, όλο το φάσμα των πολιτικών δυνάμεων. Μπορούμε να συναντηθούμε στα δυο σημεία, στην ανάγκη προστασίας και ομαλής λειτουργίας των θεσμών και στην ανάγκη να διασφαλιστεί η ελευθερία έκφρασης των απλών και άδολων πολιτών, να μιλήσουμε μαζί τους, να τους αφήσουμε να εκφραστούν αλλά να μην δώσουμε σε κανέναν το δικαίωμα να τους εκμεταλλευτεί.
* Βλέπω ότι υπάρχουν πάρα πολλοί αυτόκλητοι εκπρόσωποι και υπερασπιστές. Από πού αντλούν όλοι το δικαίωμα να μιλούν στο όνομα πολιτών, που δεν θέλουν να τους εκπροσωπεί κανείς, γιατί νιώθουν ότι βρίσκονται εκτός αντιπροσωπευτικής διαδικασίας; Πρέπει να τους ξαναπλησιάσουμε με άλλους τρόπους και πρέπει και η Κυβέρνηση και η Βουλή ως τέτοια, θεσμικά και τα Κόμματα να βρούμε τρόπους επικοινωνίας.
* Γι' αυτό διατύπωσα και επαναλαμβάνω την πρόσκληση ενός ουσιαστικού, απροκατάληπτου, ειλικρινούς διαλόγου μαζί τους. Και τους περιμένω και στο Υπουργείο Οικονομικών για να το κάνουμε αυτό επί του συγκεκριμένου, επί του πρακτέου και μπορούν να βρεθούν λύσεις, να δοθούν λύσεις σε άμεσα προσωπικά, οικογενειακά προβλήματα.
* Μπορεί το κράτος να είναι και ευαίσθητο και λογικό και ταχύ και αποτελεσματικό, αν θέλει. Δεν μπορεί να πέφτουμε θύματα μιας γραφειοκρατικής και στείρας αντίληψης περί κράτους και Δημόσιας Διοίκησης. Άρα δεν είναι η ώρα τώρα να επαναλαμβάνουμε γνωστά επιχειρήματα, αυτά όλα έχουν ειπωθεί εδώ πολλές φορές.
* Θέλω όμως να προσθέσω κάτι το οποίο είναι πολύ σοβαρό για εμένα, ως Υπουργό Οικονομικών. Δεν πρέπει να συγχέουμε αυτή την πολιτική και κοινωνική ένταση με τη σταθερότητα του χρηματοπιστωτικού και πιο συγκεκριμένα του τραπεζικού συστήματος της χώρας.
* Είπα στην αρχική μου ομιλία ότι υπάρχουν νέα πατριωτικά καθήκοντα, η φορολογική υποχρέωση και η υποχρέωση να στηρίξουμε το τραπεζικό σύστημα, όχι τις τράπεζες όχι τα κέρδη των τραπεζών και των τραπεζιτών. Τον πλούτο του ελληνικού λαού, τη δυνατότητα να αντλούν ρευστότητα οι επιχειρήσεις, την απόδοση των καταθέσεων και ξέρει ο κάθε πολίτης ο οποίος είναι πολύ πιο ψύχραιμος από το πολιτικό και επικοινωνιακό σύστημα της χώρας, ότι το τραπεζικό σύστημα συμπεριλαμβανομένων και όλων των καταθέσεων, είναι απολύτως διασφαλισμένο στους κόλπους της Ευρωπαϊκής Κεντρικής Τράπεζας και του ευρωπαϊκού συστήματος κεντρικών τραπεζών.
* Και αυτό είναι ένα μήνυμα πάρα πολύ καθαρό, πάρα πολύ απλό και θα μας δοθεί η ευκαιρία στη διαρκή Επιτροπή Οικονομικών να πούμε λεπτομέρειες. Σημασία έχει το μήνυμα. Το μήνυμα είναι σαφές και απόλυτο.
* Τώρα, η συζήτηση εδώ στο εσωτερικό του πολιτικού συστήματος βασίζεται σε μία προϋπόθεση η οποία είναι άνιση και άδικη για το ΠΑΣΟΚ, αλλά έχουμε αναλάβει το βάρος και την ευθύνη. Όλα όσα λέει η Αντιπολίτευση ένθεν κακείθεν, βασίζονται σε μια προϋπόθεση. Ότι είναι δεδομένη η απόφαση του ΠΑΣΟΚ να αναλάβει το βάρος της ψήφισης του Μεσοπρόθεσμου Προγράμματος και του Εφαρμοστικού Νόμου.
* Όλα τα άλλα, η άνεση, η ευκολία, ο καταγγελτικός λόγος, η άντληση ενός πολιτικού κεφαλαίου που Κύριος οίδε τι θα γίνει, δεν θα είχαν καμία βάση δεν θα υπήρχαν ως φαινόμενα, εάν το ΠΑΣΟΚ δεν είχε αναλάβει αυτή την ευθύνη μονομερώς.
* Για φανταστείτε αν το ΠΑΣΟΚ έλεγε τώρα ότι “δεν διαθέτω την πλειοψηφία”, ή “δεν αναλαμβάνω την ευθύνη”, τι θα έλεγαν οι αγαπητοί φίλοι και συνάδελφοι των Κομμάτων της αριστερής Αντιπολίτευσης στους αγανακτισμένους πολίτες; Και τι θα έλεγε ο χώρος της συντηρητικής Παράταξης, η Νέα Δημοκρατία, ο Λαϊκός Ορθόδοξος Συναγερμός στους πολίτες που κατά τεκμήριο εκπροσωπεί ή που θέλει να εκπροσωπήσει; Τι θα τους έλεγε;
* Πως θα ξημέρωνε η επόμενη μέρα; Με την απειλή της αγαπημένης προς τον αγαπημένο της, ότι αν δεν ξαναγυρίσει κοντά της θα αυτοκτονήσει! Ξέρετε πόσες νέες κοπέλες έχουν οδηγηθεί κατά λάθος στο θάνατο, επειδή ο αγαπημένος δεν άκουσε, δεν κατάλαβε, ήταν εγκλωβισμένος σε άλλα συναισθηματικά διλήμματα;
* Και εγώ σας λέω ότι ναι, θα μας καταβληθεί η πέμπτη δόση. Όχι όλη, θα μας καταβάλλεται σταδιακά για να μην στεγνώσει το δημόσιο Ταμείο και ταυτοχρόνως η Ελλάδα θα μπει σε μια απόλυτη επιτήρηση θα μπει σε μια καραντίνα γιατί το νόσημά της είναι δημοσιονομικά λοιμώδες, και θα διασφαλιστούν πολύ γρήγορα μέσα από ένα σχέδιο Β, που αυτό το σχέδιο Β υπάρχει, αλλά όχι υπέρ της Ελλάδας, να βρεθούμε σε μια τέτοια θέση που θα είναι όλη δική μας. Δηλαδή όλα τα κακά δικά μας χωρίς καμία προοπτική!
* Η ύφεση θα μεγαλώσει, η ανεργία θα μεγαλώσει, η ρευστότητα θα εκμηδενιστεί, οι επιχειρήσεις θα οδηγηθούν σε αδιέξοδο, οι εξαγωγικές επιχειρήσεις δεν θα μπορούν να ανοίξουν γραμμές και να εκτελέσουν παραγγελίες, θα πέσει το επίπεδο των μισθών, θα πέσει το επίπεδο των περιουσιών και θα βρεθούμε προ διλημμάτων που θέλουμε να αποφύγουμε, με δεδομένο ότι εμείς με ευρυτάτη πλειοψηφία και επαναλαμβάνω τη θαρραλέα δήλωση που είχε κάνει η κα Παπαρήγα πριν από λίγες μέρες, πιστεύουμε ότι η θέση της χώρας είναι μονίμως και ανεπιστρεπτί μέσα στη ζώνη του ευρώ.
* Άρα, αφού συμφωνούμε σε αυτά, πρέπει να σας πω ότι δεν υπάρχει αυτή τη στιγμή άλλη δυνατότητα, πρέπει να κερδίσουμε χρόνο και πρέπει να κερδίσουμε χρόνο υπέρ της χώρας, υπέρ της οικονομίας για να μην μετατραπεί η χώρα σε απόλυτο προτεκτοράτο μακροπροθέσμως.
* Όλα όσα ειπώθηκαν για την ανάγκη να υπάρχει ένα σχέδιο Μάρσαλ, για την ανάγκη να βελτιωθούν τα επιτόκια, είναι σωστά. Προφανώς έχει γίνει αντιληπτό από τους εταίρους μας ότι χρειάζεται εντατική υποστήριξη η Ελλάδα στον τομέα της ανάπτυξης, για την ανάσχεση της ύφεσης για την απελευθέρωση κονδυλίων και έχουν γίνει και από τον Πρωθυπουργό και από την Κυβέρνηση όλες οι αναγκαίες ενέργειες και θα υπάρχουν άμεσα αποτελέσματα. Τα επιτόκια ήδη μειώθηκαν και όλοι ξέρουν ότι η μακροπρόθεσμη βιωσιμότητα του δημοσίου χρέους απαιτεί ένα ανώτατο μέσο επίπεδο επιτοκίου, γιατί αλλιώς δεν στέκονται οι αριθμοί.
* Επίσης, είναι προφανές ότι πρέπει να αντιμετωπίσουμε τον όγκο του χρέους, όλοι το γνωρίζουν αυτό. Δεν υπάρχει κανείς συνομιλητής μας που να μην αντιλαμβάνεται τη λογική των αριθμών, αλλά προκειμένου να φτάσουμε να θέτουμε τα θέματα αυτά, πρέπει να έχουμε ανακτήσει την αξιοπιστία μας, τη δυναμική μας και την ικανότητά μας να διαπραγματευόμαστε. Και επαναλαμβάνω για πολλοστή φορά: μην ψηφίζετε το Μεσοπρόθεσμο και τον Εφαρμοστικό Νόμο, ελάτε όμως να διαπραγματευτούμε μετά.
* Περιμένω την απάντηση της Αξιωματικής Αντιπολίτευσης και των άλλων κομμάτων στην πρόσκλησή μου να υποδειχθούν πρόσωπα κοινής αποδοχής για τη στελέχωση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου του ταμείου αξιοποίησης της ιδιωτικής περιουσίας του Δημοσίου. Τα πρόσωπα πρέπει να είναι κοινής αποδοχής. Ελάτε στην Επιτροπή για το εθνικό φορολογικό σύστημα, άμεσα, ταχύρρυθμα, με αποτέλεσμα. Ελάτε να συζητήσουμε για το αναπτυξιακό μνημόνιο και για τις διεργασίες που γίνονται με την Ευρωπαϊκή Επιτροπή, την Ευρωπαϊκή Τράπεζα Επενδύσεων και άλλους φορείς. Ελάτε να το συζητήσουμε και να το συνδιαμορφώσουμε.
* Άρα, λοιπόν, επειδή όλοι μιλούν για το Εθνικό Σχέδιο Ανασυγκρότησης και όλοι θέλουν να νιώσουν μια ασφάλεια ότι ξέρουμε πού πηγαίνουμε. Η κυβέρνηση παρουσίασε το σχέδιο, το χρονοδιάγραμμα, τις δεσμεύσεις και παρουσίασε και την διαθεσιμότητά της, την ανοιχτή της διάθεση να συστρατευθεί με όλες τις πολιτικές δυνάμεις. Όχι επειδή μας το λένε από το εξωτερικό, αλλά επειδή το ένστικτο αυτοσυντήρησής μας μάς το επιβάλλει.
* Υπάρχουν δύο σημεία με τα οποία θα ήθελα να κλείσω, τα οποία προέκυψαν από τη συζήτηση όχι μόνο εδώ, αλλά και στην Κοινοβουλευτική Ομάδα του ΠΑΣΟΚ. Πολλοί συνάδελφοι, όχι μόνο ο κ. Αθανασιάδης, με τον οποίο μας συνδέουν πολύ στενοί δεσμοί, θέτουν ένα πολύ λογικό ερώτημα.
* Είναι δυνατόν σε στρατηγικής σημασίας τομείς, όπως είναι η ενέργεια, όπως είναι τα νερά, μόνο με μεσοπρόθεσμο πρόγραμμα και τους πίνακές του ή με τον εφαρμοστικό νόμο που διαμορφώνει το ταμείο ως θεσμό να προχωρήσουμε; Προφανώς όχι.
* Εδώ χρειάζονται συγκροτημένες πολιτικές οι οποίες θα συζητηθούν διεξοδικά στη Βουλή με τις προβλεπόμενες διαδικασίες. Πώς είναι δυνατόν να γίνει συζήτηση για την ενέργεια χωρίς το τρίτο ενεργειακό πακέτο, χωρίς να δούμε τι θα γίνει με τους λιγνίτες, χωρίς να δούμε τι θα γίνει με τα δίκτυα, μεταφοράς και διανομής, χωρίς να δούμε ποιος πρέπει να είναι πραγματικά και σε βάθος χρόνου ο ρόλος του δημοσίου και ο ρόλος των ιδιωτών στην αγορά ηλεκτρικής ενέργειας. Το ίδιο ισχύει και με ορισμένους άλλους τομείς τους οποίους ανέφερα.
* Από την άλλη, θέλω να στείλω ένα μήνυμα στους ξένους συνομιλητές μας. Έχουμε αναλάβει μια υποχρέωση, να συνεισφέρουμε στο νέο πρόγραμμα το προϊόν των αποκρατικοποιήσεων και της αξιοποίησης της ακίνητης περιουσίας. Το χρονοδιάγραμμα είναι σεβαστό, οι ποσοτικοί στόχοι είναι σεβαστοί, θα τους πετύχουμε. Θα τους πετύχουμε γιατί θα κινητοποιηθούν δυνάμεις που διαθέτει ο ελληνισμός, γιατί υπάρχουν ενδογενείς πόροι ανάπτυξης πολύ περισσότεροι απ’ ό,τι νομίζουμε δια γυμνού οφθαλμού, και αυτά όλα θα γίνουν με απόλυτη διαφάνεια και θέλω να ελπίζω και με ευρεία πολιτική συναίνεση.
* Είναι και πάρα πολλοί, σχεδόν όλοι, αυτοί που λένε ότι πρέπει να είμαστε πάρα πολύ προσεκτικοί στη διαπραγμάτευση και να εκθέτουμε το πραγματικό πρόβλημα και να έχουμε στο μυαλό μας τον πολίτη που είναι άνεργος, τον επιχειρηματία που δεν τα βγάζει πέρα, την οικογένεια που είναι μονογονεϊκή ή έχει έναν ανάπηρο, το παιδί που δεν βρίσκει δουλειά, τον πτυχιούχο ή τον διδάκτορα που βλέπει τα προσόντα του να μην του δίνουν κανένα πλεονέκτημα, να μην μπορεί να βρει μια θέση κάτω από τον ήλιο της πατρίδας του. Μα αυτό είναι προφανές.
* Ο Παναγιώτης Κουρουμπλής που βλέπει τα πράγματα πολύ πιο βαθιά, που είναι ας πούμε σαν τον Τειρεσία στη Βουλή μέσα, νομίζω ότι μεταφέρει αυτή τη φωνή. Δεν θέλουμε μέσα από το Εθνικό Φορολογικό Σύστημα να αποκαταστήσουμε αδικίες; Δεν θέλουμε όσο γίνεται γρηγορότερα να ελαφρύνουμε αυτόν που πληρώνει άδικα και υπερβολικά και να μεταφέρουμε το βάρος σε αυτόν που τώρα κρύβεται και δεν εκτελεί το πατριωτικό του καθήκον; Προφανώς.
* Κυρίες και κύριοι συνάδελφοι, επειδή παρακολουθώ τις αντιδράσεις σας, υπάρχει μια νέα κατάκτηση τον τελευταίο καιρό στην Ελλάδα. Αναβαθμίζεται ο ρόλος του Κοινοβουλίου. Η κάθε μια και ο καθένας από τους Βουλευτές αποκτούν ιδιαίτερη πολιτική αξία. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι δεν αποκτούν μόνο μια ιδιαίτερη βαρύτητα με την ψήφο τους, αλλά ότι αναλαμβάνουν και μια ιδιαίτερη και προσωπική ευθύνη με την ολοκληρωμένη γνώμη τους, με την κατά συνείδηση αλλά και την πολιτικά ολοκληρωμένη γνώμη τους.
* Εμένα με ευχαριστεί το γεγονός να λειτουργεί έτσι η Βουλή των Ελλήνων. Να λειτουργεί βασισμένη στην απαιτητικότητα των Βουλευτών για την κυβέρνηση και για τη λειτουργία του Κοινοβουλίου, αλλά και στην απαιτητικότητα των πολιτών για την ποιότητα του κοινοβουλευτικού έργου και του κοινοβουλευτικού λόγου, που είναι ποιότητα ευθύνης.
* Κυρίες και κύριοι συνάδελφοι, η ψηφοφορία που θα διεξαχθεί σε λίγο είναι μια μεγάλη πράξη ευθύνης και μια μεγάλη ευκαιρία για τη χώρα από αύριο να εμφανιστεί ενδυναμωμένη μπροστά στους διεθνείς συνομιλητές της και να πετύχει ό,τι καλύτερο μπορεί στο όνομα των Ελλήνων πολιτών και στο όνομα του έθνους, και αυτό θα οφείλεται σε σας τους Έλληνες και τις Ελληνίδες Βουλευτές. * Ημερομηνία για την επανάληψη της πολύκροτης δίκης στο βαθμό του Πενταμελούς Εφετείου Καλαμάτας περιμένει πλέον από προχθές ο ισοβίτης Κώστας Αναζίκος, ο οποίος έχει καταδικασθεί για την κλοπή των 5,9 εκατ. ευρώ από το υποκατάστημα της Τράπεζας της Ελλάδος στην Καλαμάτα.
* Με τη συμπλήρωση ακριβώς δύο χρόνων (Ιούνιος 2009) από την ημερομηνία που το Πενταμελές Εφετείο Καλαμάτας τού επέβαλε για δεύτερη φορά την ποινή των ισοβίων, μόλις προχθές ο Άρειος Πάγος έκανε δεκτό το αίτημα αναίρεσης που είχαν καταθέσει οι συνήγοροί του Θεόδωρος Μαντάς και Γεώργιος Ράλλης και διέταξε την επανάληψη της διαδικασίας.
*** Η μεγάλη κλοπή
* Υπενθυμίζεται ότι σε έλεγχο που έκαναν το Σεπτέμβριο του 2004 στελέχη του υποκαταστήματος της Τράπεζας Ελλάδος στην Καλαμάτα διαπίστωσαν πως από το θησαυροφυλάκιο είχαν κλαπεί 5,9 εκατομμύρια ευρώ. Ως ένοχοι καταδικάσθηκαν ο φύλακας της τράπεζας Κώστας Σακκάς, ο οποίος έχει ομολογήσει πως διέπραξε την κλοπή κατόπιν υποδείξεως και συνεργασίας με το συγκατηγορούμενό του, και ο υπάλληλος του υποκαταστήματος Κώστας Αναζίκος, ο οποίος από την πρώτη στιγμή αρνείται οποιαδήποτε ανάμειξη .
* Τον Ιούνιο του 2009 η υπόθεση εκδικάσθηκε σε δεύτερο βαθμό και το Πενταμελές Εφετείο Κακουργημάτων (με ψήφους 3-2) έκρινε τον Κ. Αναζίκο ένοχο χωρίς ελαφρυντικό και (με ψήφους 4-1) τον Κ. Σακκά ένοχο. Μάλιστα, όπως είχε διευκρινιστεί τότε από την έδρα του Δικαστηρίου, με το ίδιο ακριβώς αποτέλεσμα είχε τεθεί στις ψηφοφορίες και το ερώτημα της αθώωσης του κ. Αναζίκου. Αυτό ήταν αρκετό, ώστε οι συνήγοροι υπεράσπισής του να καταθέσουν αίτημα αναίρεσης στον Άρειο Πάγο.
* Η ποινή που έχει επιβληθεί ήταν ισόβια κάθειρξη στον Κ. Αναζίκο και 18 χρόνια στον Κ. Σακκά.-
~** Επανάληψη δίκης
* Το αίτημα αναίρεσης εκδικάσθηκε στις αρχές του έτους στο Ε΄ Ποινικό Τμήμα του Αρείου Πάγου και προχθές έγινε η δημοσιοποίηση της απόφασης. Όπως εξήγησαν οι συνήγοροί του, Γ. Ράλλης και Θεόδ. Μαντάς, οι οποίοι δήλωσαν απόλυτα ικανοποιημένοι, ο Άρειος Πάγος δέχτηκε το αίτημα αναίρεσης κατά της απόφασης του Πενταμελούς Εφετείου Καλαμάτας, σε ό,τι αφορά την απόρριψη, χωρίς επαρκή αιτιολογία, των αιτημάτων της υπεράσπισης να αναγνωρισθούν στον Κ. Αναζίκο τα ελαφρυντικά του πρότερου έντιμου βίου και της μεταγενέστερης καλής συμπεριφοράς. Με την απόφασή του ο Άρειος Πάγος διατάσσει την επανάληψη της διαδικασίας σε επίπεδο Πενταμελούς Εφετείου Καλαμάτας, με άλλη σύνθεση έδρας.
* Σε δήλωσή του στο «Θ» ο Θεόδωρος Μαντάς τόνισε μετά τη γνωστοποίηση της απόφασης του Αρείου Πάγου: «Πιστεύω είναι μια απόφαση εξαιρετική στο περιεχόμενο, με την έννοια ότι αποκαθιστά τα πράγματα προς τη σωστή τους διάσταση, έτσι όπως αναλυτικά είχαν εκτεθεί στο Πενταμελές Εφετείο από τους συνηγόρους υπεράσπισης του κ. Αναζίκου. Μας δημιουργεί πολύ μεγάλη αισιοδοξία ότι το Πενταμελές Εφετείο θα ευθυγραμμισθεί με την απόφαση του Αρείου Πάγου και θα δικαιώσει τον αγώνα και την προσπάθεια που κάναμε όλα αυτά τα χρόνια. Πέραν τούτου, είναι μια απόφαση του Αρείου Πάγου- σταθμός, αφού δημιουργεί νομολογία για πάρα πολλές συναφείς υποθέσεις και δίνει την κατεύθυνση και τον προσανατολισμό που πρέπει να ακολουθούν τα δικαστήρια επί της ουσίας».
** Αγανακτισμένοι και στην Μεσσηνία :
* Εναντίον του Μεσοπρόθεσμου και στην Καλαμάτα

* Όλοι στην πλατεία, να λένε τα νέα τους, γιατί, εκτός των άλλων, η όλη κατάσταση έχει προσφέρει και το εξής: να έρθουν οι άνθρωποι πιο κοντά, να γνωριστούν και να μιλήσουν. Άνθρωποι όλων των ηλικιών μαζεύτηκαν στην πλατεία για να διαμαρτυρηθούν χωρίς καμία σημαία, αυτή, άλλωστε, ήταν που τους “ξενέρωνε” και τους άφηνε μέχρι εκείνη τη στιγμή στο σπίτι.
** Κατά Μαργέλη χθες οι απεργοί της ΔΕΗ

* Επίθεση κατά του προέδρου του Δικηγορικού Συλλόγου Καλαμάτας, Κώστα Μαργέλη, εξαπέλυσε η απεργιακή επιτροπή των εργαζομένων στη ΔΕΗ στην περιοχή της Καλαμάτας, με αφορμή την παρότρυνση του πρώτου προς ιδιώτες και επαγγελματίες να καταθέσουν αγωγές για ζημιές που έχουν υποστεί από τις διακοπές ρεύματος.
* Στην ανακοίνωσή τους οι απεργοί της ΔΕΗ καλούν τον κ. Μαργέλη να εκδώσει ανακοίνωση συμπαράστασης στον αγώνα τους, αλλιώς, όπως τονίζουν, θα θεωρήσουν πως τα όσα είπε πηγάζουν από προσωπικό όφελος.
** Αναπτυξιακή Εταιρεία

* Πλείστα αρνητικά σχόλια έχουν προκαλέσει από χθες αποφάσεις της γενικής συνέλευσης της Αναπτυξιακής Εταιρείας Μεσσηνίας, όσον αφορά στη νέα σύνθεση του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου, αλλά, κυρίως, για την καθιέρωση άλλης μίας έμμισθης θέσης.
* Μέχρι πρότινος αμοιβή δικαιούταν μόνο ο πρόεδρος της εταιρείας, ενώ όλα τα άλλα μέλη εισέπρατταν 30 ευρώ για τη συμμετοχή τους σε κάθε συνεδρίαση. Με χθεσινή απόφαση μισθό πλέον δικαιούται και ο διευθύνων σύμβουλος. Έτσι, πρόεδρος και διευθύνων σύμβουλος θα εισπράττουν από 1.200 ευρώ μηνιαίως ο καθένας…
* Και μπορεί οι αποφάσεις αυτές να αφορούν μια Ανώνυμη Εταιρεία, όμως μέτοχοί της είναι η Αυτοδιοίκηση και φορείς.
** Προχθές το βράδυ στο ΝΟΚ

* Γεύση από Φεστιβάλ Χορού Καλαμάτας
* Στον κατάμεστο από κόσμο χώρο του Ναυτικού Ομίλου έγινε τη Δευτέρα το βράδυ η παρουσίαση του 17ου Διεθνούς Φεστιβάλ Χορού Καλαμάτας. Για τις παραστάσεις και τα συγκροτήματα της φετινής διοργάνωσης μίλησαν η καλλιτεχνική διευθύντρια του Φεστιβάλ Βίκυ Μαραγκοπούλου και η συνεργάτις του Διεθνούς Κέντρου Χορού Καλαμάτας Χριστιάνα Γαλανοπούλου.
** Επιμένοντας... στην αρμονία σε καιρούς αντίστιξης

** Ο Στέφανος Τύρος
~
* Ο Καλαματιανός Στέφανος Τύρος μόλις τελείωσε τη Γ΄ Λυκείου, όμως δεν κάνει καλοκαιρινές διακοπές όπως άλλοι συνομήλικοί του. Αυτές τις μέρες βρίσκεται στην Αθήνα, ακολουθώντας εντατικό πρόγραμμα προετοιμασίας με την 4μελή μαθητική εθνική ομάδα Χημείας, που θα εκπροσωπήσει την Ελλάδα στην Ολυμπιάδα της Άγκυρας στα μέσα Ιουλίου, όπου συμμετέχουν 156 χώρες.
* Με την επιστροφή του από την Τουρκία, θα συνεχίσει το διάβασμα, καθώς στα τέλη Αυγούστου πρόκειται να ταξιδέψει στην Πολωνία, με την 5μελή εθνική ομάδα της Αστρονομίας αυτή τη φορά, επίσης για το μεγάλο διαγωνισμό της Ολυμπιάδας.
** Έφηβος Καταναλωτής

* Για την καινοτομία τους βραβεύθηκαν από το υπουργείο Παιδείας οι εκπαιδευτικοί της Μεσσηνίας που είχαν την ιδέα για την πραγματοποίηση του 1ου Διαγωνισμού Μεσσήνιου Έφηβου Καταναλωτή. Η βράβευση έλαβε χώρα σε εκδήλωση πριν από λίγες μέρες στην Αθήνα, παρουσία της υπουργού Άννας Διαμαντοπούλου και της υφυπουργού Εύης Χριστοφιλοπούλου.
**Σύλληψη τεσσάρων για κατοχή χασίς

Συνελήφθησαν χθες από προσωπικό της Λιμενικής Αρχής Καλαμάτας, στη Δυτική Παραλία, τρεις Έλληνες και ένας αλλοδαπός, ηλικίας 19, 22, 19 και 18 ετών αντίστοιχα, διότι διαπιστώθηκε ότι κατείχαν ποσότητα ινδικής κάνναβης σε μορφή φούντας, μεικτού βάρους 0,7 γραμμαρίων. Προανάκριση διενεργείται κατά την αυτόφωρη διαδικασία από το Κεντρικό Λιμεναρχείο Καλαμάτας, ενώ η ναρκωτική ουσία κατασχέθηκε.

* Αγαπητοί σύντροφοι βουλευτές του ΠΑΣΟΚ, πήρατε την ψήφο μας στις εκλογές του 2009 κατόπιν ενός προγράμματος του κινήματός μας και, φυσικά, για να βγάλουμε τη χώρα από το αδιέξοδο και το τέλμα που είχε περιέλθει από τις κυβερνήσεις της Ν.Δ.
Αυτό, βέβαια, που ακολούθησε μετά από 3-4 μήνες περίπου ούτε στα πιο εφιαλτικά του όνειρα θα μπορούσε να το φανταστεί κανείς. Αφού η κυβέρνηση αθώωσε με τον τρόπο της κάθε υπεύθυνο για οποιαδήποτε ευθύνη των σκανδάλων που είχαν δημιουργηθεί (π.χ. Βατοπαίδιο κ.τ.λ.) και για το ότι έφτασε τη χώρα ως τα εδώ, ακολούθως εγκατέλειψε τη χώρα στους τοκογλύφους των αγορών, της Ε.Ε., της ΕΚΤ και του ΔΝΤ, παραχωρώντας όλο και περισσότερα, ακόμη και εθνική κυριαρχία. Γιατί το πρόγραμμα και η βασική ιδέα του μνημονίου που υιοθέτησε η κυβέρνηση χωρίς καμία αντίσταση και διαπραγμάτευση, είναι λάθος. Βασίζεται μόνο στη μείωση των μισθών και των συντάξεων, αλλά και στο ξερίζωμα κάθε κοινωνικής μέριμνας και ασφάλειας του εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος. Οι μέχρι τώρα θυσίες των εργαζομένων και των συνταξιούχων (π.χ. Δώρα, περικοπές, φόροι κ.τ.λ.), αλλά και των μικρομεσαίων γενικά πήγαν στράφι. Κι όσο για ευθύνες! Τίποτα πάλι κανένας! Μόνο η κυβέρνηση να ξαναζητάει πάλι νέες λεηλατικές και καταστροφικές θυσίες από τα συνήθη εξαπατημένα μεσαία στρώματα.
Την ίδια ώρα παρακολουθούμε σοκαρισμένοι το ξεθεμελίωμα παντός τύπου εργασιακού και κοινωνικού δικαιώματος, τους συνεχείς άδικους φόρους κάθε είδους, την ανεργία να χτυπάει κόκκινο, τη νέκρωση της αγοράς κ.τ.λ.
Μπορεί να μην πήρατε εσείς τις αποφάσεις για τα μέτρα, αλλά από τη στιγμή που τα στηρίζετε ψηφίζοντάς τα, είστε και εσείς συνυπεύθυνοι για ό,τι συμβεί από εδώ και στο εξής στη χώρα και στους πολίτες αυτής.
Ο πρωθυπουργός μας μαζί με τον υπουργό Οικονομικών κατ’ εντολή της τρόικας μετέτρεψαν την ΕΛΛΑΔΑ μας σε εταιρεία περιορισμένης ευθύνης, της οποίας κάθε λίγο και λιγάκι αλλάζουν τους όρους στο καταστατικό όπως τους βολεύει υποθηκεύοντας το μέλλον μας, το μέλλον των παιδιών μας, το αύριο της χώρας και των πολιτών αυτής.
Αν είναι δυνατόν, έχουν βάλει στο μάτι ό,τι αξίζει και μπορεί να τους αποφέρει μεγάλα κέρδη, Επιχειρήσεις – Φιλέτα, Ακίνητα και ό,τι άλλο ανήκει στο δημόσιο. Και προσπαθούν να προβούν σε κάθε είδους εκποίηση της δημόσιας περιουσίας για να την υφαρπάξουν με εξευτελιστικούς όρους.
Σύντροφοι βουλευτές, με το να μπούμε στο δεύτερο ληστρικό μνημόνιο, το μόνο που θα πετύχουμε είναι να βαθύνει η κρίση περισσότερο, και να οδηγήσουμε τη χώρα και τους Έλληνες στον γκρεμό, μέχρι να τους παραδώσουμε άνευ όρων στους ξένους εκμεταλλευτές.

Many economists and investors still expect Greece to default now. Free Democratic floor leader Rainer Bruederle declares that a the bankruptcy of the Cradle of Kleptocracy is inevitable. The October-18 Mafia's spending is over last year's bloated levels, the deficit is bigger than ever, and it has utterly failed to meet the promised sell-off of government assets. Not a single public bureaucrat has been laid off so far.
The Cradle of Kleptocracy can pay its debt by selling off shares the government owns in publicly traded companies and much of its real estate holdings. The October-18 Mafia owns stock in casinos, hotels, resorts, railways, docks, as well as utilities providing electricity and water. But Greek unions fiercely oppose even partial privatizations. Blackouts are promised to dissuade the government from selling of even 17 percent of its stake in the Public Power Corporation.
The October-18 Mafia party now holds 154 seats in the 300-member chamber and was helped by the abstention of a small libertarian splinter group of five deputies led by former foreign minister Dora Bakoyanis. Greeks apparently believe that they have Europe and the world over a barrel, that they can make the rest of the world pay their bills by threatening to default. The Cradle of Kleptocracy's default would be painful for everyone, but for the world, the alternative would be even worse.
If politicians in PIGS and elsewhere think that their bills will be picked up by taxpayers in other countries, they won't control their spending and they won't sell off assets to pay off these debts. Countries such as the Cradle of Kleptocracy have to be convinced that they will bear a real cost if they don't fix their financial houses while they still have the assets to cover their debts. The real problem is the incentives we are giving to other countries. We have to make sure that kicking the can down the road isn't an option.
Evangelos Venizelos, the mad bulldog of the October-18 Mafia, foams at Fourth Reich! Merkel was the first to praise the pseudobrave Greek vote on the fiscal package. Merkel says the decision was brave as well as necessary, and she finds it especially regrettable that the Greek opposition is not supporting the reform package.
The Cradle of Kleptocracy should never have been allowed to join the eurozone in the first place due to its long history of kleptocracy, financial irresponsibility, and because it lied about its financial condition, sending Trojan Horses to Brussels as budgets. But Fourth Reich's great experiment with monetary union has been propelled more by politics than economics. The positive vote and progress in talks between banks and euro zone governments on a rollover of privately held Greek debt lifted the euro and global stocks. Yields on bonds issued by the eurozone's weaker states fell on expectations that Athens will push the key austerity measures through parliament. European shares gained for a third straight day, led by bank stocks, as investors bet parliament would pass the plan.
A lot of work has been done behind the scenes to ensure the proposals get passed, and that optimism is getting reflected in the share prices. The passage of the austerity plan will certainly help, but there are many more hurdles. The next hurdle will be the implementation of the measures, and the government will be closely watched on that, as it has lied myriad times!

It is clearly designed to allow rightsholders to bypass citizens' right to a fair trial.
Thus, the OECD communique legitimates policies bypassing the judicial authority for online law enforcement, particularly in the name of an obsolete copyright regime. It also mentions that "users should have the ability to access and generate lawful content", thus limiting free speech, and paving the way to private, automated censorship where machines would determine what is lawful or not, rather than a judge. * Index on Censorship points out another person has been sentenced to death in Pakistan for blasphemy, renewing the debate over the country's laws. Twenty-nine-year old Abdul Sattar was sentenced to death on 21 June. Blasphemy violates no one's rights. Khalid Khattak notes the blasphemy issue gained international and national media attention last November when Asia Bibi became the first woman in Pakistan sentenced to death for blasphemy. Then, earlier this year, Governor of Pakistan's province Punjab Salmaan Taseer and Federal Minister for Minorities Shahbaz Bhatti were assassinated, in separate incidents. They both supported Asia Bibi and made efforts to secure her release.
Khattak points out these are not isolated incidents: over the years, many people have been killed and received threats over charges of blasphemy and for siding with those charged with blasphemy in Pakistan. There is a level of threat attached even when opposing false blasphemy charges.
Blasphemy is publishing or uttering matter that is grossly abusive or insulting in relation to matters held sacred by any religion, intentionally causing outrage among a substantial number of adherents of that religion. It's scary to think that a progressive state would drag out antiquated laws to suppress freedom of speech. Sometimes you have to shake your head and wonder how in this day an age a law that supports prosecuting detractors of a two millennia old fairy tale is allowed to be on the books.
Blasphemy is a serious crime in Pakistan and the maximum punishment is death or life imprisonment. Section 295 of the Pakistan Penal Code (Act XLV of 1860) is related to blasphemy. However it is sub-section C of Section 295, introduced in 1986, which is one of the hottest points of debate both inside and outside Pakistan — until 1986 maximum punishment for the crime was limited to imprisonment for ten years. http://venitism.blogspot.com/
The Section 295-C stipulates: "Whoever by words, either spoken or written, or by visible representation or by any imputation, innuendo, or insinuation, directly or indirectly, defiles the sacred name of the Holy Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) shall be punished with death, or imprisonment for life, and shall also be liable to fine."
Blasphemy laws are silly and dangerous. It is silly because medieval religious laws have no place in a modern secular republic, where the criminal law should protect people and not ideas. And it is dangerous because it incentivises religious outrage, and because Islamic States are already using the wording of blasphemy laws to promote new blasphemy laws at UN level. Blasphemy laws are unjust, because they silence people in order to protect ideas. Not a single person sentenced to death for blasphemy by Pakistani courts has ever been executed, but over the years the number of those killed while on blasphemy charges has risen. Who can forget the killing of two Christian brothers who were accused of committing blasphemy? They were killed outside a Pakistani court in July 2010.
According to one report, 801 of the 1,031 people imprisoned under blasphemy laws in Pakistan are Muslim. The report also claims that a number of blasphemy cases are registered to implicate innocent people "out of personal vendetta."
Secular society is rejected by religulous freaks. They demand a special position, insisting on special consideration of their religulous feelings. But this is incompatible with freedom of speech, where one must be ready to put up with insults, mockery, and ridicule. Journalists should treat religulous freaks the same way they treat atheists, cultists, spiritualists, spirituals, politicians, philosophers, scientists, artists, and businessmen, integrating them into the Graecoroman tradition of criticism and satire, because they are part of society, not strangers. Blasphemy is including, rather than excluding, religulous freaks.

But those supporting blasphemy laws ask why human rights campaigners do not raise the misuse of Section 302 of the Pakistan Penal Code under which many innocent people are also implicated — for murder.

Khattak notes serious efforts have been made to amend blasphemy laws: the PPP's Sherry Rehman, a member of the National Assembly, had submitted a bill in the assembly seeking elimination of death penalty from Section 295-C, for example.
But the parliamentarian has now withdrawn the bill, while Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani has also made it clear that "the government would not support any move to amend the law".
The idea of a separation of Mosque and State is unheard of in Islam. Islam has a doctrine of warfare, Jihad, which is fought in order to establish Sharia Law, which is, by nature, totalitarian. Sharia Law calls for, among other freakish things, the dehumanization of women, the flogging/stoning/killing of adulterers, and the killing of homosexuals, apostates, and critics of Islam.
All of this is part of orthodox Islam, not some extremist form of it. If jihadists were actually perverting a great religion, Muslims would have been able to discredit them on Islamic grounds and they would have done so by now. Today, U.S. Senators Jim DeMint (R-South Carolina), Mike Lee (R-Utah) and Rand Paul (R-Kentucky) introduced the Sound Money Promotion Act, legislation that would remove the tax burden on gold and silver coins that have been declared legal tender by the federal government or state governments. On May 9, the State of Utah became the first state to recognize such gold and silver coins as legal tender for use within the state, and similar legislation has been introduced in 12 other states, including South Carolina.
"Thanks to the government's reckless over-spending, continued bailouts, and the Federal Reserve's easy money policy, this year the purchasing power of the dollar hit an all-time low in the several decades since we went off the gold standard," said Senator DeMint. Reporters Without Borders condemns the Israeli government's attempts to intimidate journalists who plan to travel with a flotilla of ships that will set sail in the next few days in an attempt to break Israel's blockade of the Gaza Strip.
When Islamists deny the most basic freedoms to their own people, it is obscene for them to start claiming that Israel is violating the Palestinians' rights. All Muslims who are genuinely concerned with human rights should, as their very first action, seek to oust their own despotic rulers and adopt the type of free society that characterizes Israel.
In a message sent to journalists yesterday, Israeli Government Press Office director Oren Helman said media personnel sailing with the flotilla would be deliberately violating Israeli law and could be denied entry to Israel for 10 years. Their equipment could also be impounded and they might be subject to "additional sanctions," he added.
Land-for-peace is a repugnant formula for Israel's self-immolation. The right of a civilized nation to self-defense against its barbarous enemies is a moral absolute. It should not be surrendered in a vain attempt to appease the initiators of war. It is a moral perversion to demand that Israel give back the very land it captured in the process of defending itself against wars launched by the Arab aggressors.
"The threats made by the Israeli authorities are unacceptable," Reporters Without Borders said. "They deny the rights to impart and receive news and information, rights enshrined in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the Israeli constitution.

When Israel ended its occupation of Gaza, it did not impose a blockade. This was not only an act of warfare, it was a war crime.
Reporters Without Borders has been told that dozens of foreign journalists plan to be aboard the flotilla, as well as an Israeli journalist working for the Tel Aviv-based daily Haaretz. In response to an outcry about yesterday's announcement, the Israeli prime minister today said the government was reviewing its position.
A similar "Freedom Flotilla" tried in May 2010 to break the blockade that Israeli has maintained on the Gaza population ever since Hamas seized power in 2006. Έχεις παρατηρήσει στο Σύνταγμα, ή σε άλλα κεντρικά μέρη ανά τον κόσμο ότι υπάρχουν άτομα που αγκαλιάζουν αγνώστους; Είναι το φαινόμενο Free Hugs, δωρεάν αγκαλιές. H Virginia Satir, αυθεντία στην οικογενειακή συμβουλευτική είπε ότι ο άνθρωπος χρειάζεται 4 αγκαλιές για να επιβιώσει, 8 αγκαλιές για να συντηρηθεί και 12 αγκαλιές για ανάπτυξη. Την ημέρα! Απίστευτο έτσι; Σε μια εποχή όπου η απομόνωση κυριαρχεί, πόσο αγκαλιάζουμε;
Η επαφή άλλου ανθρώπου με το δέρμα μας είναι απαραίτητη για την πνευματική και σωματική υγεία. Σύμφωνα με έρευνα που διεξήγαγε το πανεπιστήμιο του Αρκάνσας η αγκαλιά αυξάνει την αιμογλοβύνη στο αίμα μας, δημιουργεί ευεξία και μας βοηθά να ξεπερνάμε τους φόβους μας. Το σώμα των γονιών λειτούργησε σαν θερμοκοιτίδα, το νεογέννητο επανήλθε στην ζωή. Το γεγονός ανέτρεψε τα ιατρικά δεδομένα. Ο έξι μηνών Αυστραλός Jamie θεωρείται σήμερα μωρό θαύμα!
Μια άλλη διάσημη αγκαλιά είναι αυτή που έδωσε η Brielle στην δίδυμη αδερφή της Kyrie στην Μασαχουσέτη της Αμερικής το 1995. Τα δίδυμα, και ιδιαίτερα η Kyrie, ήταν πολύ αδύναμη, γεννήθηκαν σχεδόν ένα κιλό. Η Kyrie δεν μπορούσε να ηρεμίσει, έκλαιγε συνέχεια. Μια νοσοκόμα, παραβιάζοντας το πρωτόκολλο, έβαλε τα δύο βρέφη στην ίδια θερμοκοιτίδα. Η Brielle αγκάλιασε την αδερφή της. Αμέσως οι σφυγμοί της Kyrie επανήλθαν στα κανονικά επίπεδα και σταμάτησε να κλαίει. Σε μερικές μέρες η υγεία της επανήλθε. Η φωτογραφία, γνωστή ως rescuing hug (η αγκαλιά που έσωσε την ζωή της), θεωρείται από τις πιο συγκινητικές ανά τον κόσμο.
Ναι, η αγκαλιά κάνει καλό. Πώς θα μπορούσες όμως να την κάνεις μέρος της καθημερινότητάς σου; Το πρώτο βήμα είναι να ενημερώσεις τους φίλους, οικογένεια και συναδέλφους για τις ευεργετικές ικανότητες της αγκαλιάς. Μετά απλά το ζητάς: να σε αγκαλιάσω; Καλό είναι να αγκαλιάζεις με τέτοιον τρόπο ώστε το αριστερό μάγουλο να ακουμπάει το αριστερό μάγουλο του αλλού. Έτσι ακουμπάει η καρδιά σου με την καρδιά του. Δεν υπάρχει λόγος να σφίγγεις πολύ τον άλλον. Πάρε δυο βαθιές ανάσες την ώρα της αγκαλιάς, εκμεταλλεύσου την σιωπή και αφέσου στο να πάρεις και να δώσεις θετική ενέργεια. Μετά απλά χαλάρωσε και κοίταξε τον άλλον/η στα μάτια.
Τέλος, απόλαυσε το συναίσθημα. Καλές αγκαλιές!

The callous and disrespectful treatment of so many fathers by the family courts means that tragedies like this one are sure to befall the most fragile among them.
In his narrative, Thomas Ball’s pain and frustration are palpable. Anyone going through the loss of his children would understand his feelings. But that does not justify the violence Ball advocates in paragraphs 73-78 of his 15 page final statement. We sympathize with Ball's ordeal in family court; we feel for his loss. We will never condone exhortations to violence.
We have been in touch with various media outlets concerning Ball's suicide and are educating reporters on the myriad injustices of the family court system.

** Συνημμένο υπάρχει δημοσίευμα της εφημερίας ΠΑΡΑΣΚΗΝΙΟ σχετικά με την προσπάθεια πώλησης του παιδιού μου σε ίδρυμα της αρχιεπισκοπής Αθηνών.
Τους ευχαριστώ και τους υπόσχομαι ότι αν η υπόθεση ερευνηθεί σε βάθος θα αποδειχθεί ότι η εμπιστοσύνη και η ευαισθησία που έδειξαν δεν ήταν λάθος.
Μακάρι να υπήρχαν και άλλοι που θα έδειχναν τέτοια τόλμη και ευαισθησία διότι μόνον έτσι το έγκλημα θα σταματούσε πριν καν ξεκινήσει.
Οι έμποροι του παιδιού μου έκαναν τα πάντα για να μην αποκαλυφθούν αφού πίστεψαν ότι η πώληση του παιδιού ενός ναυτικού που θαλασσοπνίγεται μακριά από την πατρίδα άρα δεν μπορεί να αντιδράσει είναι γι αυτούς αγαθοεργία και εύκολο χρήμα.
Μου απέδειξαν πόσο ισχυροί είναι όταν με προειδοποίησαν ότι " δεν θα ξαναδώ το παιδί μου αν δεν αποσύρω τις καταγγελίες μου στην δικαιοσύνη της πατρίδας μας " και εγώ δεν συμμορφώθηκα με την προειδοποίησή τους.
Με προειδοποίησαν και μου απέδειξαν ότι έχουν τον τρόπο να αποσπούν όποια δικαστική απόφαση θέλουν αφού έχουν εθελοντές!!!!! που καλύπτονται από ιερές φίρμες, λογότυπα και σφραγίδες που δύσκολα κάποιος μπορεί να αμφισβητήσει.
Ποτέ όμως δεν κατέθεσαν φανερά τις επιστολές που κατάφεραν να εξαπατήσουν την δικαιοσύνη και τελικά να μην αποκαλυφθούν.
Ελπίζω ότι η δικαιοσύνη της πατρίδας μας με αφορμή την ποινική δίωξη 2 εκ των εμπλεκομένων από δικαστικούς λειτουργούς που δεν πτοήθηκαν από φίρμες και αξιώματα θα θελήσει να φθάσει στην πραγματική αλήθεια και δεν θα έχουν την δυνατότητα να παραποιήσουν πρακτικά δικών ακόμα και αυτά που ειπώθηκαν σε δικαστικές όταν άλλα ειπώθηκαν και άλλα έγραφαν τα πρακτικά.
7 χρόνια έχω να δω και να μιλήσω του παιδιού μου γιατί δεν υπέκυψα σε εκβιαστές και εμπόρους ανθρώπων.
Δεν πρόκειται για το δικό μου παιδί μόνον!!!!!!!
Αύριο μπορεί να είναι οποιοδήποτε άλλο παιδί.
Είμαι στην διάθεση οποιουδήποτε μπορεί να βοηθήσει στην αποκάλυψή τους.
Αν κάποιος θελήσει να βοηθήσει ας το κάνει όσο βρίσκομαι στην Ελλάδα και όχι όταν είμαι μακρυά από Θεό και ανθρώπους αφού πρέπει να δουλέψω στα καράβια για να μου τρώνε τον κόπο μου σε δικαστήρια και αναβολές χωρίς αποτέλεσμα.
" Από την στιγμή που ο πατέρας του παιδιού είναι ναυτικός και τον περισσότερο χρόνο λείπει δεν τίθεται θέμα ρύθμισης της επικοινωνίας του με το παιδί του"
γράφει μια απόφαση που στηρίχτηκε αποκλειστικά στις επιστολές των εθελοντών!!!!!!! που ανέλαβαν την συγκάλυψη των επίδοξων εμπόρων του παιδιού μου, επιστολές που κατατίθεντο σε όλα τα προηγούμενα δικαστήρια και ποτέ δεν είχαν πέσει στα χέρια μου.
Αυτοί οι ίδιοι σήμερα διαμαρτύρονται ότι παραβιάζονται τα ανθρώπινα δικαιώματα, η ελευθερία, η έννοια της Δημοκρατίας και της δικαιοσύνης με την προώθηση ταυτοτήτων και καρτών που περιέχουν δεδομένα που δεν είναι γνωστά στον κάθε πολίτη.
Οι απειλές που μου μεταφέρθηκαν ότι θα με γεμίσουν σφαίρες, δεν θα προλάβω να περάσω την πόρτα του αεροδρομίου, θα με βρουν σε χαντάκι, θα με βάλουν για όλη μου την ζωή στην φυλακή και πάνω από όλα ότι θα κάνουν τέτοιο κακό στο παιδί μου που θα το έχω μια ζωή ανάπηρο ( αυτό το έχουν κάνει ήδη ) δεν πιάνουν τόπο.
Ακόμα και πεθαμένος ή ισόβια φυλακισμένος θα τους θυμίζω τα εγκλήματά τους.
Κατά τα άλλα εισπράττουν και τις επιχορηγήσεις ως ΜΚΟ φιλανθρωπικού!!!!!!!!! χαρακτήρα από μια πατρίδα που βρίσκεται στο χείλος του γκρεμού.
Χρηματοδοτούνται και από τους δικούς μου φόρους για να μου πουλήσουν το παιδί.
